I've got a cold, so I'm not going to the promenade tonight before the prom. I won't get to see all the pretty dresses and the guys and their vehicles!        

Will someone please take LOTS of pictures and post them!

If anyone in Longton (Elk Valley) is going up for promade, take and post pictures please.
I was just ready to walk out the door and this rain event started.

I feel sorry for them and their fancy clothes. If it stops soon, I will still walk up and try to get a look
at what they are driving or riding in.

I have seen a carriage with a trotter go by and it is very fancy. Too bad about the rain.
