Which is correct?

"less clouds" or "fewer clouds"?

indygal

Wilma, if I may, I believe the correct usage is "fewer clouds," but "less cloudy." (Although the word "more" would work in either case.) Diane, please correct me if I'm wrong.

patyrn

I also think "fewer clouds" would be correct.  Now if we could just find MORE sunshine and FEWER clouds...............................

larryJ

How about "partially cloudy" or "partially sunny"?

HELP!  I'm talking and I can't shut up!

I came...  I saw...  I had NO idea what was going on...

sixdogsmom

Oh please! No more stinking clouds would be the correct plea today. Enough already, I feel like a mole person.  ;)

I vote for fewer clouds.

More sunshine.

And lots more love in the world.
It truly is "a wonderful life."

Today, I want to make a difference.
Here I am Lord, use me!

Diane Amberg

I vote with Indy. Regardless, more sunshine is "more better." ;D ;D ;D

Can't help you out on this one 'cause I'm in a fog.  AGAIN!  This fog is starting to make me want more snow and less fog.  Have a wonderful day everyone. :)
