He's got ya there anmar.  I personally consider the declaration and bill of rights all one document but when I did so you piped up and made damn sure to point out that their separate documents. :D

let me also add, he didnt "get me"  the constitution uses the same terminology, he just chose to ignore it.  I'm finding that Billy is one of those people who just picks and chooses from different (sometimes conflicting) ideas just because its convenient for him.  He claims that he's a strict follower of the constitution, but when you try to pin him down on exactly what that is, suddenly he's pulling out religous references to try and excuse his beliefs that are unconstituitional

Flint, I've figured it out.  Frankly, i'm not trying to convince them of anything.  What i want is for the people reading this who don't post to know where these people are really coming from.  Where their true interests are.

I think when someone comes to these forums and claims that its his religous beliefs to allow another country to meddle in our affairs and influence our government/political system, that pretty much speaks for itself.  In fact, that sounds strangely similar to that Imam that was shot in detroit last week.

Lobbying doesn't mean controling, get your terminology straight.  Secondly, religous beliefs strongly influenced our founders and the writing of the Constitution.  I personaly believe that our gov't should be influenced by religious (specifically Christian) beliefs.

Also, I never claimed that Isreal had control of our gov't.  If it did do you think that our Isreali controlled gov't would have put pressure on Isreal to stop hostilities with palestine?  Or to soften their stance against iran? ...Didn't think so.

And for the record the Constitution and Declaration DO NOT use the same terminology.  One espouses that all men are created equal and should have certain rights, the other states that AMERICANs do in fact have those rights. 
It is high time we eased the drought suffered by the Tree of Liberty. Let us not stand and suffer the bonds of tyranny, nor ignorance, laziness, cowardice. It is better that we die in our cause then to say that we took counsel among these.
