Have we ever pinned down who the enemy really is? I'd be glad to fight 'em if I knew who they were. Do they even know who they are? It seems to shift with the wind blown sand. At least when Pearl Harbor was hit we knew for sure who did it.( It would have been a little embarrassing if we had declared war on Canada.)
