I have no problem with the summation of this presentation...As long as the billions of dollars of profit that are reaped, every time the price of gas goes up, are truly funneled into rebuilding of old structures, new refineries built, R and D put into full swing and not be able to see the monies go directly into the owners'/shareholders' pocketbooks.  This is poorly said, but I think you get my point.
