Wilma, to answer your question, obama himself said that america doesn't torture.

Diane, your right, someone should be punched, I mean, punished for this.  And when looking for who is responsible for this, I believe we should employ a saying that I learned in the Army,"You can delegate authority, but not responsibility"

One last thing, I have heard Nobama say that this was a mistake, that it won't happen again, but (at least to my knowledge) he has yet to say he's sorry it.  Talk about arrogance...
