You Kansas people have some strange animals! The Kansas Creeper and now a half beef/ half pork? How does such a creature walk? Is it side to side or front to back?

That all sounds good to me except the beaver. I might taste the tail, but I'd think the rest was too tough and oily. Now that whole meat counter animal of Tobina's....that would make some party barbecue if cooked right!

Teresa, Myrna fixed Quail over the weekend. I have Quail, Dove, Pheasant and Chuckars in the Freezer from last year and it won't be long until I will be getting more. My old birddog is ready now, they are building more houses close to us and the nail guns are driving her crazy, she thinkas someone is hunting and she is missing out.
