I'm having trouble getting an ID on this cute little boy who rode his scooter in the Longton parade last Saturday.

Anybody know him?

He was with the family of clowns. I don't know them.........you might ask Steve Fielder
or maybe even Donna Kaminska......

They were not locals. OR if they were I had not seen them before.
