If you care anything at all about your 2nd amendment rights you won't vote for Obama..or Clinton. But Obama is worse on that than Clinton.. and she is bad.

Take away your right to protect your family, yourself and your property and you will never see such evil to humankind abound in the world.

The constitution guarantees the right of the people to keep and bear arms. The president, any president cannot change the constitution. The constitution may be changed only through congress then ratified by all the states.

Senator Obama has said that he would like to rid Washington of the numerous lobbists. The NRA is a huge lobbyist and is behind much of the gun rights activity we hear about. I suspect that next to big oil, they are among one of the largest lobbying groups.

Senator Obama has said that he does not want to take the guns from people.

And we all KNOW a politician would NEVER lie just to get elected..........

I will vote for whom I think is the best person to put in office. Right now Mrs."I can lie about anything"Clinton is not the one. She stood by her man that was impeached but never put out of office. He lied under oath and she stood by her man.Ladies would any of you let your husbands get but with that? I for one think not.
Does any one really think she can deal with terrorist? Do you think she can tell the truth when talking with them? Do not get me wrong, if the right woman would run I would be the first to vote for her, but you watch Clintons eyes and hand motions you can see she is not real. If we women fall for the trap of voting for her because she is a women God save us all.
I hope this makes sense, it really gets me when women will vote for her just because she is a women and not for what she can do for our country.

I must agree; I would like to see a woman in the whitehouse, but I want it to be someone I can be proud of. Senator Clinton has entirely too much baggage in my estimate. Surely our gender can do better than that. She could never compare to Golda Miere or Maggie Thatcher. Maybe someday we can do better and get a woman president we can look up to!

::) ??? I wasn't aware president Clinton was impeached.  Just guilty of womanizing, which most every politian has done at one time or the other.  It's just that his "gal" decided to make a name for herself.  Personally I don't put much faith in a "kiss and tell" person, as the more sensational they make it, the bigger the publicity she gets.  A lot of woman "stand by their man" as you put it.  Don't get me wrong, I'm not a Hillary fan, yet anyhow.

Bill Clinton was impeached by the House and aquitted by the senate. Yes he was impeached.

William Jefferson Clinton was, indeed, impeached.

His impeachment was the second of a President in the history of the United States.

Although he is a womanizer, apparently without equal, his impeachment was not for that offense.

His impeachment was for lying while under oath.

A good part of Hillary's baggage is Bill, himself.

Let's not forget our dear Vice President Dick Cheney and is top aide Scooter Libby.  I believe those men as well as other White House officials  should have faced some sort of punishment for a far worse crime that could have potentially put a family as well as a government agency in danger.  The outing of a CIA secret agent.  This was done shortly after the Valerie Plame's husband criticized the Bush administration. Coincidence, I think not!  Boy, I love how the Good Ole Boys like to cover for each other.  Makes me have a lot of faith in the system!!!

And I love how so many conservatives, avoid these topics!!  Can anyone say Haliburton?  Oh how easily that was forgotten!  As I remember it Cheney was CEO of Halliburton when it was acused of bribing and selling parts to Iraq as well as defrauding our government.  Sounds like the perfect conservative!!  This probably should have been posted on Warphs blog of characteristics of what conservatives want in office.  Oh well.

You know, I have learned through the years that there is just no use in "arguing" about Politics, or Religion.  You're not going to change my mind, I'm not going to change your mind.  We are what we are by virtue of "life's lessons," and the knowledge we've gained in our lifetime.   So, those who want to "vent," go ahead and "vent," but I don't think you'll hear or see me in the "line of fire!"  That is just my take on it, anybody/everybody else "hop to it!"  I sure as heck don't want to lose friends over either subject, Politics or Religion.
