I say "smart Judge".  I read with interest most of the comments and yes, if the News Media would ignore them and not let them have the publicity and spotlight, would they go away? Probably not, but it would be a start.  Would the news media be at this soldiers funeral if the Phelpps' weren't there? Probably not.  Would any grieving family get the media attention if the Phelpps' were not there? Probably not.  If they loose their "church" (I say this with tongue in cheek) will this stop the protests? probably not, BUT if they loose their traveling money, THEN THAT MIGHT  STOP THE PROTESTS, but probably not.
