Believe it or not.. I get embarrassed easily if the topic is on anything complimentary about me or accomplishments etc.. I am not one to like to brag on anything other than my grandkids and kids.. but I am going to have to break that rule this time.
So please just bear with me on this one.. cause I am about to pop from pride and excitement!  :)

I am proud to announce the fact that our business DownRange.TV has finally begun it's ascend to the top.
DRTV is a broadcasting and promotional service with our primary goal being to give gun owners, sports shooters and hunters valuable information about the gun industry, related products and services.
People have at their fingertips, the availability to watch videos, news articles, and interact with fellow gun owners, our show hosts and columnists.
We are blazing a trail that hasn't been blazed quite like this  before in the gun internet world.

We ( mostly Kjell and known in the gun world as Marshal Halloway ) has worked so very very hard in all the content and web design and innovative features that the site has to offer and the gun world and enthusiasts are just going wild over it!. He and Michael Baine ( our partner) and host of Cowboys ad Shooting Gallery on the Outdoor Channel have been hammering with their nose to the grindstone and burning the early morning oil to try to make this a successful endeavor.
It has succeeded! Down Range is "THE" talk in the Television & Internet Gun Industry and the Outdoor Media.

Kjell is now the video content producer and I am officially the text editor and assistant producer and editor.
Sounds real hooty tooty doesn't it?  ;D
But those who are around me know that I am still the same ole' crazy redneck simple Elk County girl ..( known as Marshal'ette Halloway.)

Today we have signed our first 2 contracts with Ruger Firearms and Midway.  And there is a pretty impressive line waiting to sign contracts to come on board. We will be working the shot show in February in Las Vegas and already have videos', interviews etc set up . It is going to be so exciting.

Paul Erhardt  with Erhardt and Associates drew this press release up today. It will be sent to all levels of outdoor media in the US, Canada and Europe.
We are very excited and proud and it looks like 2008 is going to be a very hectic and busy year .. as we will be traveling alot filming events and working to make Down Range #1.

I want to share the press release with you all..
*Anything that is in a
different color you can click on and see*

Thanks for putting up with me and my "bragging"..
Teresa

DRTV Moves to Next Level with Original Long-Form Programming
The Internet's leading firearms video site rolls out first series with a world record shooting performance.

Boulder, CO — DOWN RANGE Television (DRTV), the internet's leading firearms video site continues to widen its lead in internet based firearms programming with DOWN RANGE-The Series, the first long-form "gun show" on the Internet.

The first episode of DOWN RANGE-The Series features professional shooter Todd Jarrett setting a world record for shooting 1,000 rounds of .45 ACP ammunition from a Para USA 1911 pistol in an amazing 10 minutes, 44 seconds without a single failure.

"Original Internet video offers a way to really service our market at a level that's never been possible before," says show host Michael Bane   who also is host and producer of the hit television series SHOOTING GALLERY, now in its 8th season on the Outdoor Channel. "We feel this is truly a landmark moment for shooting and for the Internet, and I'm glad Todd Jarrett was there to make it happen."

Bane notes that DRTV has already received inquiries about mounting challenges to Jarrett's world record, even though the first episode has been up less than a day. Each episode of DOWN RANGE will feature a number of 3-9 minute thematically linked videos, another first for DRTV. "We've developed new formats specifically for the Internet," says DRTV partner and producer Marshal Halloway. "It has taken a lot of research...and a lot of experimenting!"

In conjunction with leading firearms manufacturer Ruger, DRTV rocked the firearms world with the first Internet-only launch of a new firearm in late 2007. The Ruger SR9, a polymer-framed 9mm pistol, was featured in several exclusive videos on DRTV which resulted in both a spike in website traffic and product demand helping Ruger execute the most effective new product launch in recent firearms history.

"Collectively, Marshal and I have more experience on the Internet than anyone else in the business," says Bane. "We were the pioneers in short-form internet-based firearms video, and our new long-form series stands to greatly expand DRTV's position as THE online destination for firearms owners and enthusiasts."

I think they probably need a driver first and, of course, that has to be Ta Ta.  Yeah.
