Skinny Dipping?

     We are asked to notify boys and parents whose boys have been in the habit of swimming in the river at Ralston's ford that the practice must cease or the law will be invoked against them.  It appears that some boys have been making indecent exposure of themselves while ladies are compelled to cross the river.  Let it be stopped.
