  May, Karlton Mac, 59, retired U.S. Army first sergeant, died Saturday, Sept. 13, 1997.  Services 10 a. m. Wednesday.  Roberts-Blue-Barnett Funeral Home; 3 p.m. National Cemetery, Fort Riley.
  Survivors: wife, Ingeborg; sons, Norman of Fort Hood, Texas, Karl of St. Louis; daughter, Sabina May of Rapid City, S. D; mother, Melba May of Wichita; brothers, Lynn of Maiden, N. C., Tony of Okmulgee,  Okla; sister, Jane Armagost of Wichita; three grandchildren. Memorials have been established with Shriners Childrens Hospital.
