 Actually, Mom liked brains and eggs, so I've had that, and I've had rattlesnake sausage, but never a large piece.   Kermit, everything on that menu looked yummy.  I even liked the "walk away cocktails" at Fisherman's Wharf.

Crab is a little like chocolate and lobster.

Very tasty.  I remember having brains and eggs.  Not very often.  I suppose when they butchered.  We did not let anything go to waste.
