Has Anyone Heard of This Lodge?

From Joanne's collection.  She had never heard of this particular Lodge and neither have I.  Am wondering if anyone else had.

Thanks, Dan.  I remember reading the obit at that time, but didn't remember the names of the Lodges.  Of all the obit's I've come across, I don't seem to remember that Lodge.  Didn't it last very long?  What happened to it?
