How about if our Congressmen, Senators and President were placed in the position of being replaced by an illegal immigrant just because they haven't been stopped.  Would they do something about it then?

You say contact your congressmen, senators, etc??  I've tried that in the past and that didn't work. They tell you what you want to hear before election, then afterwards they do as they please.   I've tried contacting them in the past, but what I had to say fell on deaf ears.   This last election one person in particular did not get my vote, but so many people believe the lies that are promised, and he was voted back into office.   So much for my soapbox for today.

Take particular note that items 2,3,5, and 7 reflect BILLION not millions of dollars -- and that item 3 exceeds one-third of a TRILLION dollars.
Can you imagine how much it will cost taxpayers if we triple the number of illegals entering this country?

The next time you hear a politician use the word "billion" in a casual manner, think about whether you want the "politicians" spending your tax money. A billion is a difficult number to comprehend, but one advertising agency did a good job of putting that figure into some perspective in one of its releases.

A. A billion seconds ago it was 1959.

B. A billion minutes ago Jesus was alive.

C. A billion hours ago our ancestors were living in the Stone Age.

D. A billion days ago no-one walked on the earth on two feet.

E. A billion dollars ago was only 8 hours and 20 minutes, at the rate our government is spending it.


While this thought is still fresh in our brain, let's take a look at New Orleans . It's amazing what you can learn with some simple division . . .

Louisiana Senator, Mary Landrieu (D), is presently asking the Congress for $250 BILLION to rebuild New Orleans. Interesting number, what does it mean?

a. Well, if you are one of 484,674 residents of New Orleans (every man, woman, child), you each get $516,528.

b. Or, if you have one of the 188,251 homes in New Orleans , your home gets $1,329,787.

c. Or, if you are a family of four, your family gets $2,066,012.

Washington, D.C.  ... HELLO!!!  Are all your calculators broken?

A conversation between a Customer and Bank of America Bank:

illegal immigrants and I don't think it's right. I'm taking my business
elsewhere.

The Bank: Well, Mr. Customer, we don't
want to see you do that, but we can't stop you. I'll help you close the
account. What is your account number?

The Bank: For security purposes and for
your protection, can you please gi ve me the last four digits of your
social security number?

Customer: No?

The Bank: Mr. Customer, I need to verify
your information, but in order to help you, I'll need verification of
who you are.

Customer: Why should I give you my
social security number? The reason I'm closing my account is that your
bank is issuing credit cards to illegal immigrants who don't have social
security numbers. You are targeting that audience and want their
business. Let's say I'm an illegal immigrant and you've given me a
credit card. I have a question about it and call for assistance. You
wouldn't be asking me for a Social Security number, would you?

The Bank: No sir, I wouldn't.

Customer: Why not?

The Bank: Because you would have pressed
'2' to speak in Spanish. We don't ask for that information when calling
in on the Spanish line.

AND THE LAST STRAW IS when I got up this morning (my inner clock hasn't changed yet so it was 5:00 a.m.) poured a cup of coffee and turned on the TV for the morning show and guess what was on? HISPANIC TODAY SHOW.  They were intervewing the governor of Sonora at the time.  Now they need their own Today show?

And caught up in the mess are the kids.

The Nebraska teacher that ran away with her middle-school student. They were tracked down in Mexico.

She'll be extradited to face charges in Nebraska.

It appears the student is stuck in Mexico because his family are illegals.
He won't be allowed back in this country - at least that's the current news.
