Rodney Rogers of Hector, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at St. Vincent Hospital in Morrilton, Arkansas.  He was born November 19, 1947 in Phillipsburg, Kansas, the son of Dale and Lois Nadine (Jacobs) Rogers.

Rodney served a total of 36 years in the Armed Forces and retired as a Master Sergeant with the 69th Troop Command in the Army National Guard.  He also was a member of the Knights of Columbus in Moline, Kansas and the American Legion in Howard, Kansas.  He loved hunting and fishing.

He is survived by his wife, Inez Rogers; 3 daughters, Michelle and husband, Mike Sharp of Skiatook, Oklahoma, Jessie and husband, Brad Greschler of Denver, Colorado, and Shannon Calvert and Chase Seiler of Goddard, Kansas; a son, Rico Mulder and wife, Laura of Hector, Arkansas; 10 grandchildren, Alyssa, Jayden, Laurelle, Caleb, Braeden, Kinzley, Teegan, Graysxon, Bentley, and Elenore; one great-grandchild, Quinn; a brother, Richard Rogers; and numerous nieces, nephews, friends and family members.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 14, 2015 at S. Mary Church in St. Vincent, Conway County, Arkansas with Father Jim Burns officiating.  Burial with full military honors will follow at Walnut Grove Cemetery under the direction of Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins, Arkansas.  Pallbearers are Chase Seiler, Rico Mulder, John Riley, Mike Sharp, Brian Gaines, and Charles Brashear.  Honorary pallbearers are Caleb Calvert, Braeden Calvert, Grayson Mulder, Brad Greschler, and the Aguilera family.  Online obituary and condolences are available at www.lemleyfuneral.com.
