Nancy Josephine Tuck, 73, of Elk Falls, Kansas, passed away January 18, 2015 at Jane Phillips Medical Center in Bartlesville, Oklahoma.  She was born January 3, 1942 in Havana, Kansas to Alfred and Mabel (Geren) Corle.

Nancy resided in this area all of her life.  On February 27, 1957, she was united in marriage to Thomas G. Tuck in Elk Falls, Kansas.  She was a homemaker, and she loved to crochet and make quilts.  She also enjoyed fishing, staying in touch with pen pals, and cooking.  Because of her love for cooking, she entered many cooking contests and was successful in those contests.  She was also a member of the Baptist Church in Moline, Kansas.

Survivors include her husband, Thomas "Tom" Tuck; her daughter, Tammy and Jerry Denney of Cimarron, Kansas; her sons, Thomas and Melody Tuck of Elk City, Kansas, Terry and Sandy Tuck of Elk Falls, Kansas, and Kevin Tuck and Janet Cox of Fredonia, Kansas; her brothers, Joe Corle of Moline, Kansas, Larry Corle of Coffeyville, Kansas, Charles Corle of Wichita, Kansas, Gene Corle of Elk Falls, Kansas, and Jim Corle of Edna, Kansas; 3 grandchildren; and 1 great-grandchild.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 21, 2015 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Countryside Funeral Home in Howard, Kansas.  Funeral services will be Thursday, January 22, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. at Countryside Funeral Home.  Interment will follow at the Elk Falls Cemetery.  Memorials are suggested to the American Diabetes Association or the Moline Baptist Church and may be left with or mailed to Countryside Funeral Home.  Online condolences may be left at www.countrysidefh.com.  Services are entrusted to Countryside Funeral Home, 206 E.
