Phyllis Nadine (Winn) Davis, 82, passed away December 29, 2014, in Clemmons, North Carolina.  She was born January 7, 1932, in Howard Kansas, the ninth child born to Lester and Genevieve (Cox) Winn.

Phyllis graduated from Howard High School in the class of 1950. She married Jack Davis on September 28, 1951, and to this union three children were born: Tom, Jeff and Jill. Jeff preceded her in death. 

She is survived by three brothers, Dwight and Bob of Howard, Kansas, and Frank of Bartlesville, Oklahoma.  She was preceded in death by her parents, five brothers, and six sisters.

Cremation will take place and the ashes will be buried with her son Jeff's ashes.
