Tom W. Flory passed away at his home in Ottawa last Sunday, October 14th, about 1:00 p.m.  While he had been in failing health for several years, his death came peaceably as he was resting after his noon meal.  Memorial services were held at the Lamb Chapel in Ottawa, Tuesday, October 16th, at 2:00 p.m., with burial in Highland cemetery, Ottawa.

Tom White Flory, eldest son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Fred C. He was united in marriage with Florence E. Hudson of Burlington, in that city, November 18, 1909, who had been a full time help-mate for nearly fifty years.  Besides his widow, he survived by one son, Jim Flory, of Wichita; two grandchildren, Don and Patty; two sisters, Mrs. Carl Zeller, Loveland, Colorado, and Mrs. Ruth Sexton, Howard; four brothers, Alan and Frank Flory, Denver, Colorado; Ebbert Flory, Wichita, and Floyd C. Flory of Howard; besides many nephews and nieces; along with numerous close friends over the state including those at Howard, his Old Home Town.
