Are your county commissioners up to speed on this?

Given that two of our commissioners are knee deep in 'The Flint Hills Plan' funded by a grant from HUD through their affiliations with Elk Konnected, LLC & Public Squares, Inc., and are planning a meeting on Oct 30 to push & 'sell' this plan to our citizens, I would say 2/3 of our local leadership are either woefully uninformed or are knowingly on the wrong side of these issues.  Here's what our state reps think:

Agenda 21: Kansas Lawmakers Endorse Measure Opposing U.N. Sustainability Plan

Sustainability: A Communist plot?

The Kansas House recently passed a resolution labeling all kinds of sustainability planning (including bike paths and wastewater maintenance) a plot of UN world government, designed to take away our property rights and car keys.

If you think that's an exaggeration, you haven't read the floridly worded resolution opposing UN Agenda 21, a non-binding and long-forgotten agreement from the 1992 Rio conference which has recently become the latest conspiracy theory on the part of the climate-denying right.

The Republican-controlled Kansas House of Representatives on Thursday adopted a resolution condemning the United Nations' Agenda 21 environmental action plan, which focuses on sustainable development.

Kansas lawmakers adopted the non-binding resolution following intense debate over what supporters believe is the U.N.'s attempt to "indoctrinate" the public on sustainability issues and its desire to control the local government planning process. Agenda 21 was adopted by world leaders during a 1992 climate change summit in Brazil. It has not been ratified by Congress and does not have the force of law in the United States.

Wake up Elk citizens.  Seemingly nice folks, when they have bad intentions, put on a happy face so you don't suspect them of their bad acts.

Yep, they're up on it... and don't really care.  Heck, they support Agenda 21.  Gonna have a 4 county Kommunty Konversation to sell us on the need for 'Sustainable Development' initiatives in the Flint Hills next week.  One of our elected officials who is also the president of a regional non-governmental organization (NGO) has teamed up with a whole list of other federally funded NGOs to promote this United Nations.  Through Elk Konnected, LLC, Public Squares Inc is busy interviewing for operatives who will push their agenda and has been for a couple of weeks.  Agenda 21 project in Kansas  For their propaganda & date/time info, check this weeks Prairie Rag.

Just wait till you see what a handful of Republicans in Name Only (RINO) state lawmakers have in mind with Project 17.

Not to worry.  It's only  money.... YOUR money.
