ENOUGH IS ENOUGH – Charge Alec Baldwin With Assault and Hate Crimes

Friday, June 28, 2013, 11:30 AM
https://twitter.com/HatingBreitbart

Alec Baldwin should be charged with a hate crime for his apparent assault and threats against Daily Mail reporter George Stark.

Twitchy broke the story and now people are taking notice. Alec Baldwin has suffered another major public meltdown, this time on Twitter, and this one might do him in. The details are contained in Jim's earlier post "Alec Baldwin Hurls Homophobic Threats Against Reporter After Wife Accused of Tweeting During James Gandolfini's Funeral"

Baldwin's twitter account has now been suspended, likely because what he did was not just morally horrific, as Jim's post points out, but also illegal.

Let's look at the facts. Alec Baldwin tweeted the following: "I'm going to find you, George Stark, you toxic little queen, and f**k...you...up."

Ladies and germs, that's a threat of physical harm, also known as "assault." Does anyone doubt that Alec Bladwin has the capacity to do exactly what he says he's going to do in that tweet? Does anyone think he's being sarcastic? If you were George Stark, should you assume that a raging mad man with a track record of hostility and nearly unlimited resources to do exactly what he says he's going to do is just being sarcastic? I don't think so.

Further, Alec Baldwin makes this threat of physical harm with language specifically targeting George Stark's sexuality. Ladies and gentlemen, that's a hate crime.

Are we a country of laws where everyone is treated equally, or are we living in a banana republic where the connected and the juiced can threaten harm against homosexuals and suffer only a suspended Twitter account?

If you or I tweeted threats like what Alec Baldwin tweeted, we would be facing a judge. Why shouldn't Alec Baldwin? He obviously needs help. Maybe the legal system is where he'll find it.

Charge Alec Baldwin with a hate crime now!

Alec Baldwin Calls Andrew Breitbart A 'Festering Boil On The Anus Of Public Discourse'

At least Andrew Breitbart never had his Twitter account taken away from him for publicly threatening to harm people.

Nelson Mandela has died according to several sources.

South Africa – Several sources, other than online, have confirmed that the great Nelson Mandela has passed away last night. The reasons to keep this under wraps was because the family needed time alone and because of several political issues. The primay issue being that US president Barack Obama will visit South Africa this Friday. The visit could be overshadowed by the passing of Mandela and therefore the family and government agreed not to tell the world just yet. Therefore keeping Nelson Mandela's passing away under wraps because of Obama's trip. But we continue to wait for official verification.

BOOM: BREAKING—-
Key witness neighbor John Good dismantled the state's case against George Zimmerman. Good also heard George Zimmerman screaming for help.

"He was on his back. The person on the top was the same person on the top when they were T-shaped to the sidewalk... Like, there was only one person. Then I could see a second person. It looked more than just a tussle. And that's when I thought it got serious when they moved up to the sidewalk and he was more in a straddle position and arm movements were going downward... As soon as I saw the arm movement that's when I went back inside. In the beginning (I heard George Zimmerman screaming for help) when I saw someone under the person on top."

This was devastating for the prosecution.

Rare Bird Last Spotted 22 Years Ago Reappears...
Then Is Quickly Killed by Wind Turbine

The white-throated needletail made a rare appearance this week. Then it was quickly killed by a wind turbine in England.
The Daily Mail reported:

There had been only eight recorded sightings of the white-throated needletail in the
UK since 1846. So when one popped up again on British shores this week, twitchers were understandably excited.

A group of 40 enthusiasts dashed to the Hebrides to catch a glimpse of the brown, black and blue bird, which breeds in Asia and winters in Australasia.

But instead of being treated to a wildlife spectacle they were left with a horror show when it flew into a wind turbine and was killed.

Here's video of the bird before its demise:

Juan Williams: Racist "Hard Right" Tea Party Hates Immigrants

Posted Friday, June 28, 2013, 9:55 AM

(This guy is such a toxic jerk.
Juan Williams smeared the Tea Party again today
saying the "hard right" Republican base is anti-immigrant)

Via America's Newsroom:

"There's a Republican element, again hard right, that is playing in the House, that's playing to anger at immigrants. I mean, this fixation with the wall and border security. Yeah, as Mary Katherine says a high majority of Americans say secure the borders. But, building this wall, putting billions into it at a time when we are talking about budget austerity, just suggests the kind of anger at immigrants on the hard right."

(Nice smears, Juan, you jerk)

MILLBURN, N.J. (WABC) -- Police in New Jersey are searching for the man behind a frightening home invasion and assault that was caught on camera.

The suspect, who burst into the home in Millburn and beat up a woman in front of her young daughter, is on the run, and authorities are hoping the nanny-cam surveillance video will lead to an arrest.

The incident happened around 10:30 a.m. on June 21 at the Cypress Street home.

Police say the unidentified male, described as a black man standing about 5-foot-11 and weighing 210 pounds with a light salt and pepper beard, forced his way inside and attacked the woman while her 3-year-old little girl sat on the couch.

He punched and kicked the woman repeatedly, then put her in a choke hold before throwing her down a flight of stairs. He made off with an undetermined amount of jewelry, including the woman's wedding ring, and fled the scene.

The woman was transported to an area hospital, where she was treated for injuries to her face and legs.

In addition to the girl, the woman also had an 18-month-old sleeping upstairs.

Anyone with information or who can identify the individual in the photo is asked to call Millburn Police at 973-564-7001.

The Obama Administration put the US Marines were on alert in southern Europe today as a precaution in advance of massive protests expected in Egypt.

But the Obama Administration wouldn't send US Marines in Europe to assist
the US Ambassador in Benghazi on 9-11.

Four Americans were killed in the Benghazi terrorist attacks on 9-11 including the US ambassador.

CNN reported:
U.S. Marines stationed in southern Europe have been put on alert as a precaution in advance of expected large demonstrations and potential unrest in Egypt this weekend, CNN has learned.

About 200 combat capable Marines in Sigonella, Italy, and Moron, Spain, have been told to be ready to be airborne within 60 minutes of getting orders to deploy, according to two administration officials.

The units have several V-22 tilt-rotor aircraft that would carry troops and infantry weapons to Egypt to protect the U.S. Embassy and American government personnel and citizens if violence broke out against Americans.

The planned demonstrations are aimed against the Egyptian government.

The officials both emphasized this is contingency planning in advance of the expected demonstrations to ensure American military assets, including rescue forces, can act if needed. In the event Americans had to be evacuated from Egypt and could not get to the airport due to the unrest, there are about 2,000 additional Marines on board three Navy warships in the Red Sea, officials said.

A third official said the decision to keep the warship in the Red Sea was "very precautionary."

The United States expects Egyptian security forces will be able to protect American assets and personnel. No plans for personnel to leave have been announced, State Department spokesman Patrick Ventrell said Friday.

Ahead of Obama's visit, Africans feel he hasn't lived up to promises

(Obuma visited Goree Island near Dakar, Senegal on June 27, 2013.  The island is where African slaves in past centuries were shipped west.  This wasn't the only area of Africa he visited though.  Check out this photo of a small child waiting to see Obuma and notice, he's a birther!  His shirt reads "Welcome home Mr. President."  But he wasn't the only one getting his "birther" on)

"The questions we get are, 'Why has the president not been to Africa more?' " deputy national security director Benjamin Rhodes said. "That tracks with our belief that there is extraordinary potential on the continent. If we look back in 20 years, 30 years from now, we may see this as a potentially pivotal moment in which Africa took off."

Aides sketched out an ambitious itinerary for Obama, including bilateral meetings with the presidents of the three countries, as well as visits to Senegal's Supreme Court to emphasize the importance of an independent judicial system and to a Tanzanian power plant to highlight programs to increase access to electricity.

Obama also plans to speak with youth leaders in Cape Town, South Africa, building on the administration's focus on developing the next generation of political leadership on a continent where nearly one-third of the population is between the ages of 10 and 24. He will deliver a major address at a prominent university in that city to lay out his second-term Africa policy.

Noticeably missing from the article was any mention of the picture at the top of the article (seen below).

My guess is the reason for less trips to Africa is that it may draw more attention like this to where Barack Obama was actually born. The man is a usurper and our military should be making the move to remove him from office and then follow it up with a military trial and if he is found guilty, execution. I call on the military to deal with this, since the Congress of the United States seems unwilling to do their duty to the people of the United States. This is nothing more than flaunting it in our faces.

(If this wasn't enough, just let Barack, or Michelle, or even the Kenyan Ambassador tell you that Obama was not born in the US in their own words here):

The Mike In The Morning show on WRIF radio, in Detroit,

Michigan, called the Kenyan Embassy, and spoke to the Kenyan

Ambassador to the United States, Peter Ogego, who admitted that it is a well known fact that Barack Obama was born in Kenya, and plans are underway to build a memorial at the site of his birth.

Arizona Voters Look To Recall Sens. McCain & Flake Following Amnesty Vote

A new website is calling for a grassroots effort to recall Arizona Senators Jeff Flake and John McCain. The recall petitions are based firmly on the grounds of the Senators' support of the  Immigration Reform Amnesty Bill. The two "Gang of Eight" Senators have chosen to turn their backs on those who voted them into office and it is high time that Arizona gets their payback on the two RINO Senators.

The website, senatorflake.com , is very simple. They are not begging for donations and do not appear to be in the data harvesting business. This would appear to be an individual or group of citizens who have simply had enough and are looking to take action.

Arizona's Constitution, Article 8, Section 1 states:

Every public officer in the state of Arizona, holding an elective office, either by election or appointment, is subject to recall from such office by the qualified electors of the electoral district from which candidates are elected to such office. Such electoral district may include the whole state. Such number of said electors as shall equal twenty-five per centum of the number of votes cast at the last preceding general election for all of the candidates for the office held by such officer, may by petition, which shall be known as a recall petition, demand his recall.

The site originally started with a singular goal to recall Jeff Flake but due to popular demand they decided to add John McCain to their hit list. The site features this YouTube video which clearly shows the complete turnaround McCain has done on immigration reform. "Complete the danged fence." Those are John McCain's exact words.

The grounds for recall of Jeff Flake are listed as follows:

Recall Statement of Grounds:
Senator Jeff Flake of Arizona has proven in his recent voting record that he does not represent his Arizona constituents, and instead votes in direct opposition to Conservative and Republican interests.  Mr Flake voted to reward criminal foreign national illegal aliens with legal status before even attempting to secure our sovereign borders.  In the Judiciary Committee, Jeff voted against meaningful E-verify enforcement, and he even voted against a measure introduced by Senator Cruz that would block instant access to state and federal welfare benefits for illegal aliens.  Jeff Flake is proposing an immigration reform bill S.744 that abdicates Congressional authority to the Secretary of DHS, delays enforcement measures for years, and calls for plans rather than actual security on our sovereign borders and ports of entry.  His votes display an utter disdain for the rule of law, national security, and the welfare of taxpaying citizens.  We demand he be immediately recalled from office.

Again, this would very much appear to be a citizen organized grassroots effort with little or no money behind it. This makes it that much more important that people take action. Those who do not live in Arizona can help by simply spreading the word through social networks, forums and emails. If you have a blog you can use this article if you would like. I don't mind at all.

For those of you who do live in Arizona this will take some leg work. There is a PDF file for both McCain and Flake that you can print out and pass around. You will need to talk to your friends and help get as many signatures as possible. They will begin to collect those signatures after July 4th, 2013.

I think it's important to note that the people of Colorado have successfully gained enough signatures for recall elections of two state senators. This can be done but it will take effort. Again, those who live outside of Arizona can help by simply spreading the word.

The petition to recall Jeff Flake and John McCain can be found here.
http://senatorflake.com/recall-senator-mccain/

You know that you want to sign them both.

This is NOT solely Arizona's fight. America needs to respond to help them. We may not all be able to sign the petitions but we can make sure more people know about them.

If Colorado can do it, Arizona can to. We must think positive and do it.

No excuses. No defeatist talk. It can be done.

For those who think that this problem rests solely on the shoulders of the people of Arizona you have simply not been paying attention.

Every blue-blooded-freedom-loving American wants these two Senators gone. Let's put them both out to pasture.

No more Amnesty for RINOs

UNBELIEVABLE!!!!  BREAKING NEWS: YOU'VE GOT TO HEAR THIS!!!!

Ted Cruz Exposes Amnesty Bill:
$5000 Penalty For Hiring Citizens Over Legalized Aliens

(We can't possibly expect our Senators to read a 1200 page bill before voting on it.  Can we?  Well Thank God Ted Cruz read it.  Not only did Cruz read it but he schooled anyone who would listen from the Senate floor on Tuesday.  Cruz found a loophole that actually penalizes an employer $5000 for hiring a citizen over a legalized alien.  Seriously. You can't make this stuff up

Senator Cruz was quoted as saying):

"I filed an amendment that would have corrected one of the most egregious aspects of the gang of eight bill as it intersects with Obamacare legislation, namely a penalty imposed on U.S. employers for hiring U.S. citizens and U.S. permanent residents. This bill says if an employer hires a citizen or a legal immigrant, the IRS can impose a $5,000 penalty on that employer. But if the employer instead hires someone with RPI status, that penalty will go away. That is utterly and completely indefensible."

"Nobody in this body wants to see African-American unemployment go up. Nobody wants to see Hispanic unemployment go up, youth unemployment go up, union household unemployment go up, legal immigrant unemployment go up. Yet every one of those will happen if this Gang of Eight bill passes without fixing this problem. If that happens, all 100 members of the U.S. Senate will be accountable to our constituents for explaining why we voted to put a federal penalty on hiring U.S. citizens and hiring legal immigrants. I hope this body will choose to pass my amendment and fix this grave defect in the Gang of Eight legislation."

(It would be very interesting to know whose hand was responsible for slipping this into the bill but it surely won't be the only surprise that comes from a 1200 page bill that has not been scrutinized by the majority of those who voted to pass it)

John Hayward reports:

Cruz already weathered a few hilariously botched attempts to "fact-check" his claim into oblivion, which ended with the "fact checkers" admitting he was right about the problem, but questioning whether employers would respond to this incentive on the scale he envisions.  (That, of course, is a difference of opinion, not a fact check.)

For added fun, the Weekly Standard collared five of the Democrat senators who voted to cut off debate on the immigration bill, and asked for their take on the problem Cruz describes.  None of them knew if the loophole had been addressed yet.  Senator Barbara Boxer (D-CA) babbled something incoherent that had nothing to do with the question; Tom Carper (D-DE) snarled that he was too busy to answer the question; and Max "Train Wreck" Baucus, the author of ObamaCare, mumbled: "We're trying to solve that right now... I don't know if that's been solved."

America, what in the hell are these Senators trying to sell us? I don't even know where to begin with this story so I believe I will stop while I am ahead. Senator Cruz sums up the problem really well in the video. I will defer to the expert.

As my friend Jessica Smith told me yesterday when she passed this on, "Are you ready for your head to explode?" I think it already has Jessica.

This is unreal, unbelievable and unforgivable)
