Why POS Eric Holder Has To Be The Worst AG Ever

Eric "fast and furious" Holder's legacy of corruption, power, influence, and greed will be a tough act for any future Attorney General to follow. He is the only Attorney General in our nation's history to facilitate the pardon of a convicted felon and fugitive. Like Barack Obama, he is a privileged minority with a chip on his shoulder and a fellow supporter of Black Liberation Theology.

But that's not even the worst of it.

Here are the reasons why our current Attorney General is the worst in no particular order:

He represented Washington, DC in DC versus Heller joining then Attorney General Janet Reno in an amicus brief urging the Supreme Court to uphold the DC hand gun ban. In his argument he actually said, "The Second Amendment does not protect an individual's right to keep and bear arms for purposes unrelated to a state's operation of a well regulated militia." (Sorry Mr. Holder, but the Second Amendment is not negotiable or left to interpretation.)

He advocated for and justified the use of drones to kill US citizens even on US soil. On March 5, 2013 Eric Holder said this, "Drone strikes against American citizens on US soil are legal. After this outrageous statement the Attorney General started to backtrack from these comments saying, "Using lethal force against American citizens on US soil was highly unlikely. We hope no President will ever be faced with that decision. However if there was an imminent threat such as a domestic terror attack on the country similar to Pearl Harbor or 9-11 it is conceivable that the use of an unmanned aircraft could be used as a viable option. (Mr. Holder, the fact that you believe this should make every American fearful of you, this Administration, and our government.)

He Initially was a proponent of trying 9-11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed in a New York City courtroom rather than at a military tribunal. (Sorry, Mr. Holder but this animal who maliciously murdered almost three thousand of your fellow Americans doesn't deserve to have some Columbia leftist lawyer like yourself representing him, let alone in New York City at the scene of the crime.)

He blocked legislation in Texas and other states that called for voters to show picture ID in order to curb illegal voting. His ridiculous reason was, "It would disproportionately affect minority voters from the electoral process." (No Mr. Holder it would stop voter fraud which you obviously support and no it would not be a poll tax either as most of the legislation called for cost free ID cards.)

He refused to prosecute and even dropped the charges against the New Black Panther Party; who on Election Day in 2008 stood outside polling stations dressed in paramilitary uniforms, carrying nightsticks and intimidated voters. His reason: He has stated on many occasions that he is unwilling to prosecute minorities for civil rights violations. "I think it does a great disservice to people who put their lives on the line for my people." (Mr. Holder, not only is this a blatant disregard for the rule of law, but more importantly it shows what a racist anti-white bigot you are as you selectively disenfranchise voters you deem worthy of such.)

He filed a law suit against the state of Arizona over their anti illegal immigration bill, SB 1070 without even reading it first. He said the bill might lead to "racial profiling". (Mr. Holder, SB 1070 does not racially profile anyone. Maybe if you would've read it first you would've known that.)

In February 2011, he announced that the Department of Justice would no longer defend cases involving the Defense of Marriage Act in court. He deemed DOMA was unconstitutional. (Wrong again Mr. Holder, where in the Constitution does it say that Traditional Marriage is unconstitutional, but Gay Marriage is constitutional? I think your reason is like yourself, a little light in the loafers.)

He was found in contempt of Congress by the House Oversight Committee for lying, misleading, and stonewalling the investigation by withholding information concerning the gun running scandal Operation Fast and Furious. (Mr Holder, I hope you can sleep at night with the blood of Border Agent Brian Terry on your hands as well as numerous others who died by the guns you provided to Mexican Drug Cartels.)

His most recent scandal is unfolding as I write this. His Justice Department has acquired illegal phone records from many reporters and editors at the left leaning Associated Press. This was in retaliation to a story the Associated Press ran about a Covert Mission in Yemen that foiled the plot of the so called "underwear" bomber.

The Obama Administration lied to the American people when they said publicly that they had no imminent or credible threat of a coming terrorist attack that was to coincide with the anniversary of Osama Bin Laden's death. This was not true and the Associated Press knew they were not telling the truth. In fact, the Administration pleaded with the Associated Press not to run the story because it was in an Election year.

As soon as the Associated Press ran the story the Administration illegally seized over two months of phone records. (Mr. Holder, your disgusting intimidation tactics make you unfit to hold the position in our government that you do. I can only hope and pray that you, your boss, and all of his Socialist, Marxist, cohorts eventually go down with the ship. If the Republicans had any testicular fortitude you would all be wearing black and white stripes in Leavenworth.)

The Constitution says we need to keep America safe from all enemies both foreign and domestic. Throughout our history we have fought foreign enemies in far away lands but now we have an enemy within our own borders and inside our government.

America is the last great hope on earth; without our compassion and guidance the world would be a very dark and dismal place. America has been the leader in prosperity, freedom, liberty, and self governance since its founding. The Obama Administration is like a cancer and its supporters are the carriers of the disease known as liberalism. If we don't stop them soon they will destroy what little we have left in regard to liberty and freedom. How do you destroy the greatest, most powerful country on earth? Just ask the Obama Administration and Eric Holder; they seem to have all the answers.

Nearly 70 percent of adoption credit claims were audited by IRS, report finds

Add another item to the list of red flags that may get you audited: Adopting a child.

The Internal Revenue Service mishandled tax returns of adoptive families, flagging for further review 90 percent of those who claimed the adoption tax credit for the 2012 filing season. And a report by the federal agency's Taxpayer Advocate Service also found that nearly 70 percent of adoptive families — more than 35,000 — had at least a partial audit of their tax return. By contrast, just one percent of all returns are audited.

"The IRS's misguided procedures, and its failure to adequately adjust these processes when it learned its approach was seriously flawed, have caused significant economic harm to thousands of families who are selflessly trying to improve the lives of vulnerable children," according to the report.

Unless the IRS alters its approach to refundable credits and incorporates more taxpayer-focused procedures, the federal agency will continue to cause problems for taxpayers, the report continues, including those eligible for the new refundable credit contained in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act — also known as "ObamaCare".

The House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte and Senator Jeff Sessions wrote a letter to President Obama this week arguing his administration is shunning the union representing 7,000 immigration and customs officers. The National Immigration and Customs Enforcement Council has warned Congress that immigration reform will cause an uptick in illegal immigration.

Now, usually the Obama administration is great with the unions. That's Obama's bread and butter, but why is he not responding to this group? Could it have anything to do with the fact that they do not support his stance on immigration reform?

We write today to express concern over the exclusion of immigration and customs enforcement officers and their representatives from the negotiations surrounding immigration reform," Goodlatte and Sessions wrote in a letter dated May 23.

To be effective any immigration reform bill must heed the warnings from our federal immigration agents," they wrote. "Unfortunately, far from being included in the process, ICE officers have been shut out and have even had their day-to-day operations handcuffed by [Department of Homeland Security] officials to the point of being unable to carry out their sworn duties."

The lawmakers pointed out that the union of ICE workers requested a meeting with the administration over 3 months ago and have yet to receive an invitation. They could have provided a firsthand look at immigration policy and its enforcement, but obviously the administration is not interested in actually hearing what they have to say.

President Barack Obama has asked his friend Attorney General Eric Holder to investigate Holder's unprecedented investigation of a Fox News reporter.

Holder approved the Justice Department's extraordinary 2010 investigation of contacts between a Fox News reporter and a State Department official who has since been charged with leaking classified information, according to NBC.

The Justice Department searched the reporter's e-mails and phone calls under the legal claim that he may have contributed to a crime.

The Fox News revelation followed the news that the Justice Department had investigated the phone records of reporters working for The Associated Press.

On May 24, however, Obama reacted to growing alarm in the media by asking Holder to review the Justice Department's procedures for investigating the media.

"We must keep information secret that protects our operations and our people in the field," the president said at a speech in Washington D.C.

"But a free press is also essential for our democracy [and] I am troubled by the possibility that leak investigations may chill the investigative journalism that holds government accountable," he said.

"Journalists should not be at legal risk for doing their jobs ... [and] I have raised these issues with the Attorney General, who shares my concern. So he has agreed to review existing Department of Justice guidelines governing investigations that involve reporters, and will convene a group of media organizations to hear their concerns as part of that review," he said.

"I have directed the Attorney General to report back to me by July 12th."

Already moving on from the IRS scandal? On Thursday night, only the CBS Evening News of the broadcast network evening newscasts bothered to note how Lois Lerner, the IRS official in charge of the division which processes tax-exempt applications, was put on administrative leave after she took the Fifth and refused to answer questions at a House hearing the day before. Anchor Scott Pelley squeezed in 20 seconds on it.

Yet, ABC World News and the NBC Nightly News made room to highlight a photo of a 17-year-old Barack Obama and his prom date along with a friend and his date.

Both ABC World News anchor Dan Harris and NBC Nightly News anchor Ann Curry took time to point out how Obama, in a note written in the yearbook of the friend's date, called her "foxy." The picture and yearbook page were given to Time magazine by the woman.

None of the newscasts made any mention of any other scandal, such as fresh revelations in case of the Obama administration's eavesdropping and harassment of Fox News correspondent James Rosen.

In the IRS scandal, Lois Lerner was replaced today as the head of the IRS unit that targeted conservative groups. She was placed on administrative leave. Yesterday Lerner told Congress she'd done nothing wrong, then she pleaded the fifth and refused to answer any questions. The head of the IRS was essentially fired by the President last week.

On Larry King Live, presidential candidate Barack Obama stuck it to Attorney General Alberto Gonzales, and called on him to resign. The Illinois Senator brought up a great point that Gonzales was acting more like the President's attorney and not the people's attorney:

OBAMA: What you get a sense of is an Attorney General who saw himself as an abler of the Administration, as opposed to somebody that was actually trying to look out for the American people's interests. And for that reason, I think it's time for him to step down.
