Rapper Flavor Flav smarter than Obuma?
Calls for nations to wipe out ISIS

(It's pretty embarrassing when a drugged out has-been rapper has a saner view of foreign policy than our country's president...):

What a contrast: on the same day President Obama attempted to blame Christians for violence and extremism, a well-known rapper instead implored him to take firm action against ever-increasing Islamic atrocities.

Rapper Flavor Flav issued his manifesto against Islamofascism in a series of tweets posted this afternoon, prompting conservative communications strategist Ali A Akbar to proclaim that he "has a stronger foreign policy on #ISIS than our President. Go check out my man's Twitter feed!"

While attending the National Prayer Breakfast, however, Obama went in the other direction, claiming the real problem throughout history has been Christianity: "And lest we get on our high horse and think this is (pause) unique to some other place, remember that during the Crusades and the Inquisition people committed terrible deeds in the name of Christ. In our home country, slavery and Jim Crow, all too often was justified in the name of Christ."

That prompted this response from Rush Limbaugh: "The problem today is not Christianity. The problem today is that people are being killed, captured, conquered to advance and impose Sharia law. The Christians are doing no such thing, and haven't I don't know if ever, on this scale, and for how long."

Rapper Flav, best known as a member of Public Enemy rather than for stances on global politics, apparently reached his personal boiling point after a Jordanian soldier was burned alive while caged as part of a probable ISIS recruiting stunt.

Ferguson Police To Test Bozo Bullet Which Turns Guns Into Non-Lethal Weapons

Ferguson police are testing a new non lethal attatchemt for handguns.

It allows them to fire alloys 'ping pong balls' – which can bring a person down but not kill them.

This week, five instructors for the Missouri city's police department are training to use the device, called the Alternative.

The Ferguson Police Department, which reportedly intends to distribute the Alternative to all of its officers following training, found itself at the center of national debates over policing and race relations after then-Officer Darren Wilson shot and killed Michael Brown last August.

'The alternative was developed as a blunt force impact device to fill the void in lethal force situations, which until now could only be addressed with a firearm,' Alternative Ballistics, the firm which designed the weapon, said.

'Concerned with the number of deaths of officers and citizens resulting when confrontations occur, where a new lethal force option would have been preferred but not readily available, we developed the Alternative.[...]

The Alternative is a small orange device that attaches to the top of a normal handgun and extends a Ping-Pong-ball-sized projectile in front of the muzzle.

Obuma Denied Predator Drones To Jordan Earlier This Year For Islamic State Fight

(This is our shocked face...

Via Washington Times:

The Obama administration earlier this year turned down a request from Jordan for Predator spy drones that would help it locate targets in the war against the Islamic State.

The refusal, disclosed by a House Armed Services Committee, member, is gaining importance today since Jordan has emerged as a critical player in a U.S.-led coalition to destroy the terror group.

On Tuesday, the Islamic State released a video of its execution by fire of a capture Jordanian pilot. Jordan retaliated on Thursdaywith F-16 air strikes on the Syrian town of Raqqa and is vowing a relentless war against the Islamic State, also known as ISIL and ISIS.

Members of Congress are calling on the White House to approve a list of new weapons for King Abdullah, a strong U.S. ally.

Rep. Duncan Hunter, California Republican, on Thursday sent a letter to President Obama asking him to approve transfer of the Predator's unarmed export version for surveillance missions.

Jordan was the second Arab state to sign a peace treaty with Israel, in 1994, a pact that is not considered precarious barring drastic regime change in Jordan.
The U.S. has provided Jordan with F-16 Falcon fighter jets and other advanced weapons.

Mr. Hunter's district is in the San Diego area, home to Predator maker General Atomics.

Sen. John McCain, Arizona Republican and Senate Armed Services Committee chairman, told CNN on Wednesday that King Abdullah, who met with senators while in Washington, is frustrated by a "huge bureaucratic bottleneck in the State Department."

"He needs some types of weapons very badly," Mr. McCain said. "We'll be working immediately to try and achieve that for him."

The issue of Jordanian frustration with the speed of U.S. weapons deliveries came up during Wednesday's confirmation hearings for Defense Secretary-designate Ashton Carter.

All 26 members of Mr. McCain's committee sent a letter on Wednesday to Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel and to Mr. Kerry asking them to speed up arms shipments to Jordan.

"Jordan is seeking to obtain aircraft parts, additional night vision equipment and precision munitions that the King feels he needs to secure his border and robustly execute combat air missions into Syria," the senators wrote. "We understand the need to ensure the integrity of third party transfers, the protection of critical U.S. technologies, and our commitment to the maintenance of a Qualitative Military Edge (QME) for Israel.

"However," the senate panel continued, "Jordan's situation and the cohesiveness of the coalition demands we move with speed to ensure they receive the military materiel they require for ongoing operations against ISIL."

Jordan's King Abdullah II has vowed to launch war on the Islamic State, saying Wednesday that "the blood of martyr [Lt.] Muath al-Kaseasbeh will not be in vain, and the response of Jordan and its army after what happened to our dear son will be severe."

On Thursday, dozens of Jordanian F-16s carried out strikes on targets around Raqqa, the Islamic State's self-styled capital, and even spread its attacks into Islamic State-held targets in Iraq.

Foreign Minister Nasser Judeh told Fox News that Jordan was still mostly hitting Islamic State targets in Syria as part of a U.S.-led military coalition, but was now spreading its involvement.

"We said we are going to take this all the way, we are going to go after [the Islamic State] wherever they are, and we're doing that," he said. "They're in Iraq and they are in Syria, and therefore you have to target them wherever they are."

According to The Associated Press in Amman, Jordanian state TV showed fighter jets taking off from an air base and large balls of fire and smoke after bombs had fallen. Jordanian troops scribbled chalk messages on the missiles, with one reading "for you, the enemies of Islam."

Abdullah paid a condolence visit to the family of Lt. al-Kaseasbeh on Thursday and was sitting next to the pilot's father, Safi al-Kaseasbeh, as fighter jets roared overhead. The king pointed upward.

The official Facebook page of The Royal Hashemite Court made it personal as well this week. In an image that has since gone viral, the Court posted a picture of Abdullah in military fatigues, and noted that he'd cut short his U.S. visit in response to the pilot's death.

According to Mr. Hunter, Abdullah quoted a line from Clint Eastwood's revenge Western "Unforgiven" at a meeting with U.S. Congress members Tuesday after the news of the burning death had broken.

While the Jordanian government has denied Abdullah would take part in actual attacks, he has been called the "warrior king" due to his decades of military service. Like his father and predecessor, King Hussein, Abdullah enrolled in the U.K.'s Royal Military Academy at Sandhurst. The current king has been a pilot for Cobra attack helicopters.

For its part, the Islamic State has signaled that its fire execution will not be its last, according to translations of its official Twitter account by the Middle East Media Research Institute.

After Jordanian Air Force Lt. Muath al-Kaseasbeh was set on fire while caged, the Islamic State's "Fatwa and Research Authority" called such burnings "completely permissible" under Muslim law in a series of theological discussions and accounts of Muslim history and scholarship, including the actions of Muhammad.

According to MEMRI, the Islamic State deemed Lt. al-Kaseasbeh a non-Muslim or apostate, and noted that Muslim schools of jurisprudence have interpreted loosely the apparent Koranic prohibition on "burning an infidel with fire until he dies."

"The Hanafi and Shafi'i schools hold that burning is completely permissible. They interpreted the saying of the Prophet that 'Only Allah shall torture with fire' as [a call for] humility. [The scholar] Al-Muhallab said: 'This ban is not [an actual] prohibition, but rather a means for [advocating] humility.'

"[Shafi'i scholar] Ibn Hajar, may Allah have mercy on him, said: '[This saying] indicates that it is permissible to burn, as the Companions did. The Prophet blinded two men from 'Arina [whom he judged to be apostates and criminals] with a branding iron. Khalid bin Al-Walid, [one of the Prophet's Companions], also burned apostates with fire.'"

ISIS Foreign Fighters Dominate Control of Raqqa

(With the foreign fighters being the most brutal savages in a group full of brutal savages...)

SANLIURFA, Turkey—In Islamic State's de facto capital of Raqqa, a Syrian city on the banks of the Euphrates, few Syrians hold positions of power these days. Running the show, residents say, are the thousands of foreigners who have converged there to establish an Islamic utopia they believe will soon conquer the planet.

"What we have is a foreign occupation," said Sarmad al-Jilane, a former electronics student from Raqqa who now runs a website from neighboring Turkey documenting Islamic State abuses in his hometown called Raqqa Is Being Slaughtered Silently. "Those who are paid by them, like them, of course. But most others hate them because of all these killings and beheadings."

Around 20,000 foreign fighters have joined Islamic State in Syria and Iraq over the past two years, Western intelligence officials estimate. While many nationalities are represented, Tunisia, Saudi Arabia, Morocco, Russia and France have produced some of the largest contingents.

As this unprecedented influx continues, mostly through Syria's long and porous border with Turkey, the rise of the foreign fighters is changing the very nature of the Syrian war.

In the early days of the conflict, many of these combatants came to Syria because of their desire to defend fellow Sunni Muslims against President Bashar al-Assad 's regime.

Now, their main motivation often appears to be participating in the experiment of creating a new Islamic society—an experiment in which the fate of Syria and Syrians is secondary at best. [...]

On the front lines, the Free Syrian Army troops have learned to fear and respect these foreign fighters. Many have arrived in Syria with military experience from other jihadist battlefields. Others, driven by ideology, are simply far more willing to die than their enemies.

"You shoot at them, and they continue to advance, walking all over their dead friends," says Bakri Kaakeh, an officer with the Free Syrian Army in Aleppo province. "They just don't care."

While Islamic State's Syrian soldiers can often be bribed to turn a blind eye to offenses against the group's strict rules, the idealistic foreigners have the reputation of being hard to corrupt.

"You can pay off a Syrian to get out of jail, but the foreigners just won't take your money," said Taim Ramadan, a former coffee-shop owner in Raqqa who recently escaped to Turkey, and who has had conversations with a Finnish convert to Islam within Islamic State ranks.

Iran: Obama Is "Begging Us For A Deal"

(POS Obuma's obsession with cutting a deal with Iran is suspect to say the least.  This article is worth the read.  Nicely outlines why Obuma is so desperate for a deal with Iran...)

Via Free Beacon:
http://freebeacon.com/national-security/iran-the-americans-are-begging-us-for-a-deal/

A top Iranian military leader claims that U.S. officials have been "begging us" to sign a nuclear deal during closed door negotiations with Tehran over its contested nuclear program, according to recent comments made to the Iranian state-controlled media.

Mohammad Reza Naghdi, the commander of the Basij, a paramilitary group operating under the wing of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corp (IRGC), recently claimed that the "Americans are begging us for a deal on the negotiation table," according to comments published in Persian and independently translated for the Washington Free Beacon.

Naghdi added that American officials routinely "plea" with Iran in talks and that the United States is negotiating from a position of weakness, according to his comments, which follow earlier reports claiming that Iran's leading negotiator "frequently shouts" at U.S. officials.

The military leader's remarks appear to jibe with new reports that the United States is conceding ground to Iran in talks and will now allow it to "keep much of its uranium-enriching technology," according to the Associated Press.

Iran: America Is "Meddlesome" – No Longer a Superpower

Iranian Armed Forces Brigadier General Massoud Jazayeri dismissed America as a "meddlesome" former superpower.

Press TV reported:
http://presstv.com/Detail/2015/02/05/396224/Irans-missile-might-not-up-for-debate

A senior Iranian commander has dismissed as "meddlesome" the recent US claims that Tehran's defense might would be part of the nuclear talks with six world powers, saying Iran's missile capability is non-negotiable.

"Iran's missile programs and defense capability, irrespective of their purpose, are not negotiable in any foreign circle," Deputy Chief of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces Brigadier General Massoud Jazayeri said on Wednesday.

"We don't allow the US and others to interfere in the country's defense affairs," he added.

The commander underlined that Iran will use its defense might against bullying powers whenever it deems necessary.

He said Iran's military might serves to defend the nations, adding that if the US oversteps the red lines, then it will have to be worried about Iran's missiles.

"Gone are the days when the US was a superpower, but some still haven't realized it," he said.

New York Times Today : Bruce Jenner "Courageous" – Chris Kyle "Insane"

Posted on February 5, 2015

Top story in today's New York Times.

Bruce Jenner is courageous for cutting his dick off, but Chris Kyle is insane for recovering from PTSD after serving his country in the most stressful conditions over several voluntary tours of duty.

(One of my favorite things in the whole world, which provides me with endless hours of side-splitting laughing, is the leftist obsession with all things gay and transsexual.  The leftists absolutely love gayness for some bizarre reason, and it's genuinely absurd at this point the way they carp about homosexuality endlessly.  Only 3% of the population is gay or "transgendered" according the recent CDC survey of 30,000 Americans, yet if you did nothing but listen to the leftist news media, you'd think homosexuals comprise 50% of the population.  To the silly and politically correct lefties, anyone who is gay is automatically "brave."   I cannot figure out the connection.  Suffering from a psychosexual emotional disorder makes a person brave?

The Obuma Adm. Leftists are such a destructive and regressive force in our society.  They're trying to ruin the world.  They like to shout things like "flat Earther!" and "fight global-warming"... but the fact is, I've never ever met a lefty who even knows how change the oil in his Prius, or hook-up a eco-waterless toilet system .  The aim of leftists is to destroy Judeo-Christian values, and the family unit.  So anything "counter culture" is embraced by the left....  an American war hero suffering from PTSD after serving several combat tours is smeared as "insane," while Jenner is praised for turning his life into a freak show for TV ratings.   I'll never understand how these people think...)

'American Sniper' Moral – NY Times

Things we can learn from "American Sniper":

You know the movie, right? It has not only been nominated for the Best Picture Oscar; it could wind up selling more tickets than the other seven nominees combined. Plus, it's triggered a left-right controversy that makes the old dust-up over "Duck Dynasty" seem like a tiny cultural blip.

"American Sniper" tells the story of Chris Kyle, a real-life Iraq war veteran and sharpshooter. The film is certainly powerful, and it celebrates our Iraq veterans. But it also eulogizes the killing of Iraq insurgents, including children, and critics feel it ought to be put in the context of an invasion that didn't need to happen in the first place.

There's been less conversation about the final scene in the movie, which shows the hero walking through his family home, where the kids are romping. He's carrying a handgun, which he points at his wife Taya, playfully telling her to "drop them drawers." Taya says she can see he's finally getting over his war traumas and back to his old fun-loving self.

America's new role model??
(This is, by virtually any standard, insane behavior...)

Report: Brian Williams' Katrina Coverage May Have Been Fabricated, Said He Saw "Dead Bodies" Floating Past Hotel And Catching Dysentery – UPDATE: Video Added

(Two big problems for Lyin' Brian: The French Quarter never flooded,
no floating dead bodies (where his hotel was) and doctors say there
were no reported cases of dysentery...)

Via NY Post:
http://pagesix.com/2015/02/06/brian-williams-hurricane-katrina-experience-in-question-report/

More 'heroic tales' of Brian Williams' adventures in journalism are being questioned.

The NBC news anchor, who apologized Wednesday for telling a false story about taking fire in a helicopter while covering Iraq, is being called out for possibly lying about his experience covering Hurricane Katrina, according to a report.

Williams claimed to have gotten dysentery from drinking floodwater and seeing dead bodies float past his hotel in the New Orleans French Quarter while covering Hurricane Katrina.

However, the The New Orleans Advocate noted that the French Quarter was not flooded and quoted a local health expert who did not recall anyone getting such a stomach ailment.

Williams recalled his bout with the bug in an interview with Tom Brokaw last year, when he said: "I accidentally ingested some of the floodwater. I became very sick with dysentery."

The Advocate said a public health official never heard of people getting things like dysentery after the storm.

"I don't recall a single, solitary case of gastroenteritis during Katrina or in the whole month afterward," Dr. Brobson Lutz told The Advocate.
