Holder Planning "Institute Of Justice" Once He Leaves Office
For Continued Convo On Race

(Hopefully he does it from federal prison where he's serving 20 years to life for his role in Fast and Furious.   He's like the bad guy in a horror franchise that goes on for 16 movies with no end in sight....)

Attorney General Eric Holder has begun drafting plans to continue his work rebuilding the relationship between local law enforcement and the black community after he leaves public office next year.

"This whole notion of reconciliation between law enforcement and communities of color is something that I really want to focus on and to do so in a very organized way," he said Tuesday in an interview with TIME. "Not just as Eric Holder, out there giving speeches—though certainly that could be a part of it—but to have maybe a place where this kind of effort is housed and to be associated with that kind of an entity."

"The Ministry of Peace concerns itself with war, the Ministry of Truth with lies, the Ministry of Love with torture and the Ministry of Plenty with starvation. These contradictions are not accidental , nor do they result from from ordinary hypocrisy: they are deliberate exercises in doublethink."
― George Orwell, 1984

I've been posting connections between present day Obumunizm and Orwell's cautionary dystopian visions for a couple years now and I'm of the opinion that the similarities are not coincidental or accidental.   Orwell early on recognized the inevitable "compassionate Progressive" tyranny manifesting itself today.

Holder's "Institute of Justice" will dedicate itself to the perpetuation of injustice!

Bad News Race Baiters: Black NYPD Sergeant Was On The Scene Supervising Cop Who Placed Chokehold On Eric Garner

(If there was a giant white dude resisting arrest they would have done the same thing, race has nothing to do with this... Also, if Daniel Pantaleo was fired for applying the lethal choke hold, why wasn't the black NYPD Sergeant who was supervising Pantaleo, fired too?)

Aug. 7, 2014 Daily News front page after Eric Garner
died as a result of a police chokehold
.

This case is now as dead as the victim.

I'm not surprised by the no-indictment decision of the Staten Island grand jury in the Eric Garner chokehold case. The Garner killing is much, much different than the Michael Brown killing in Ferguson, Mo.

To start with, Darren Wilson, a white police officer, was alone when he confronted Michael Brown, a black teenager. Eric Garner was approached by a whole team of NYPD cops in Staten Island.

There was no videotape of the Michael Brown shooting so the killing had to be recreated from conflicting eyewitness accounts and forensic evidence. The Eric Garner killing by NYPD officer Daniel Pantaleo was recorded on an exclusive Daily New videotape.

But what makes the Garner case so much different than Michael Brown's is that the Staten Island killing can't be called a racial incident.

Pantaleo who applied the lethal chokehold on Eric Garner was supervised by an African-American female NYPD sergeant.

Having that black sergeant in charge of that crime scene takes race out of the equation. As awful as Pantaleo's actions appear on that video, at no time does that black sergeant order Pantaleo to stop choking Garner.

With a population that is 70% white and 10% African-American, when a Staten Island grand jury is presented with a white cop supervised by a black sergeant applying a lethal chokehold, it eliminates the racial component.

The grand jury was then left with the decision of whether Pantaleo had malicious intentions. It decided that he did not. Case closed.

'(F Word) your fake a$$ march': No love for Al CRAPton from Furguson protesters

Some of the Ferguson protesters don't have much use for Al Sharpton.  They recognize him for the self promoting opportunist that he is and were not shy about saying so on Twitter.

Family Of Black Man Shot By Brooklyn Cop To
Al CRAPTON:
Stay Away, And Stop Exploiting His Death

(The police describe this shooting as "accidental", why the officer had the gun out is unclear.  But part of the problem was the stairway was so dark you could not see clearly.  Which means you also couldn't see that the man was black, sorry race hustlers.  This man's killing was wrong, but appears to have absolutely nothing to do with race.  But then again, neither did the Ferguson or Garner cases have any indication that race was at all a factor...)

A family member of 28-year-old Akai Gurley, an unarmed man shot and killed by a rookie police officer in a public housing stairwell, is reportedly speaking out against Al Sharpton and accusing the TV host of exploiting the death.

"Al Sharpton came in, put his name on the situation, but has not even made one single call to the parents to Akai," Hertenceia Peterson, Gurley's aunt, told TMZ.

Peterson, who claimed to be speaking for Gurley's mom as well, said Sharpton only appears interested in using the tragedy for "money and political gain."

The aunt also said Sharpton is not welcome at the funeral or Gurley's wake on Friday night, even though the activist recently said he plans to deliver a eulogy.

*Man Stabs Four People On Amtrak Train In Michigan*

A man wielding a knife stabbed four people on an Amtrak train Friday evening in Niles, Michigan, a witness said.

A Niles police dispatcher confirmed to BuzzFeed News Friday that the stabbing took place in the town and that there were no fatalities. The dispatcher did not immediately have additional information.

However, a passenger on the train tweeted pictures of a man in handcuffs lying on the train floor.

Eric Garner's Daughter Tells CNN: "This Was Not A Black Or White Issue"

(The singularly most intelligent person to have spoken on the subject.  Doubtless she will be vilified by the left and thrown under the bus by the race baiters.
There has been no fact to indicate that there was any issue whatever of race. But then again there was no facts to suggest it was related to race in Ferguson either.
But that hasn't stopped the race hustlers and those on the Left determined to create their revolution, by hook or by crook...)

How it all went down according to the NYDaily News:

Post by Taisha Allen:

In a new video posted by a witness, Eric Garner can be seen on the ground after Officer Daniel Pantaleo (rear, green shirt and beige shorts) applied a chokehold.  Tiasha Allen via Facebook An emergency medical technician checks on an apparently lifeless Eric Garner before he was loaded onto stretcher near the Staten Island ferry terminal.  New York Daily News NYPD Officer Daniel Pantaleo waves to the camera after Eric Garner's body is taken away from the scene on Thursday.  NYPD Officer Daniel Pantaleo was caught on another video putting Garner in a chokehold.  A defenseless dad, lying handcuffed and unresponsive on a sidewalk, received zero medical help from cops who instead just emptied his pockets, a shocking new video shows.

The seven-minute clip posted Saturday on YouTube shows an apparently lifeless Eric Garner, whose head droops to the side as at least eight cops stand nearby.

"C'mon, guy," one cop says to Garner, the only thing on the video that suggests any of the officers was trying to help the Staten Island man. "Breathe in, breathe out."

But Garner, on his side with his eyes closed, doesn't move at all — even when the officer slaps him on the shoulder. The side of his head remains flat against the concrete, and his eyes never open.

At one point, another officer is seen taking a cell phone and a pack of cigarettes from the 43-year-old Garner's pants.

Even after the arrival of an EMT four minutes into the video, no medical aid is provided to Garner. He's instead just loaded onto a stretcher and wheeled off.

Cops say he was pronounced dead a short time later after arriving at a Staten Island hospital.

NYPD Officer Daniel Pantaleo, caught on another video putting Garner in a chokehold, is shown standing a few feet away and chatting amiably with a uniformed colleague.

Near the end of the clip, he gives a satiric wave to the person shooting the second video.

Pantaleo, an eight-year veteran, was placed on modified duty Saturday as cops and the Staten Island district attorney investigated the case.

Pantaleo was stripped of his gun and his shield and assigned to work desk duty. The police union immediately denounced the move as "knee-jerk" and "completely unwarranted."

But detectives arrived at his Staten Island home Saturday afternoon, leaving about 25 minutes later with one box and three bags taken from the residence.

Officer Justin Damico, on the force four years, was also pulled off the street — but he was not forced to turn in his badge or his weapon.

Outside Damico's home Saturday, an infuriated woman screamed at reporters.

"Get off my f------ property! F------ retards!" she howled. "One picture of me and I'll sue you!"

Sources told the Daily News there were no signs of neck trauma, such as a crushed windpipe, on the heavyset victim.

At a press conference on Thursday on Capitol Hill in support of President Barack Obama's executive order to provide protection from deportation for millions of illegal aliens, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) said the Republicans have failed to act and Obama's action will help "law-abiding families" enjoy the holiday season.

[...]

"Thanks to the president's immigration accountability executive actions, millions of hard-working, law abiding families will be able to celebrate the holidays with renewed hope – hope in the future free from the fear of separation and deportation," Pelosi said.

A casket bearing the remains of Marion Barry arrived Thursday at the District of Columbia's city hall, where he had an office for more than three decades.

Barry's casket will lie in repose at the John A. Wilson Building for 24 hours. Memorial services for the man nicknamed "Mayor for Life" will be held Friday and Saturday. Barry died last month at age 78.

A police color guard escorted Barry's casket up the steps of the building on Thursday morning, where it was greeted by Mayor Vincent Gray. The Rev. Jesse Jackson, who will eulogize Barry at his memorial on Saturday, walked Barry's wife and son inside. Barry was a veteran of the civil rights movement like Jackson, a longtime friend and ally.[...]

Jackson will speak at Saturday's memorial service at the Washington Convention Center. On Friday evening, the Rev. Al Sharpton will deliver the eulogy at a community memorial service in southeast Washington.
