The NAACP [Negro's Are Always Causing Problems] has Jumped the Shark on this One

(Personally, I couldn't be happier about this rodeo clown nonsense, the race baiters have finally gone too far for people to ignore and will make their future claims of racism fall on dear ears)

Appearing on Fox News Thursday morning, Democratic analyst Jehmu Greene told host Martha MacCallum and conservative radio host Lars Larson that the NAACP had gone too far in calling for a Secret Service investigation of the Missouri State Fair rodeo clown incident.
http://www.mediaite.com/tv/dem-guest-tells-fox-naacp-jumped-the-shark-on-rodeo-clown/

"The NAACP has jumped the shark on this one," Greene said. "They do really great work in communities around the country. But this is—I agree with you, Lars—it's ridiculous."

"But the hypocrisy is on both sides," Greene added. "Remember the Dixie Chicks, and when there were so many conservatives who were like, 'You can't say anything against President Bush, we're going to smash your albums?' But liberals have to remember: when Game of Thrones decapitated George Bush, they loved it! Behind closed doors, they were all cheering for it. Come on, this is outrageous."

Larson began the segment with the C.S. Lewis quote, "Above all else the devil cannot stand to be mocked," which caused both MacCallum and Greene to pull over and make sure Larson wasn't calling Obama the devil. "It's a comparison," Larson insisted, not to Greene's satisfaction.

Sour-Puss Mooch Says She'd Never Run For President...

...because it would cut into her busy shopping and vacationing schedule?

(I'm pretty sure Pant-Suit said the same thing during Willie's presidency)

Via Parade Magazine:

On whether there will be a female president in her lifetime.

Yes, I think the country is ready for it. It's just a question of who's the best person out there.

On whether she sees Secretary Clinton getting the job.

She hasn't announced anything, so I'm certainly not going to get ahead of her. [laughs]

On whether she will ever run.

No.

Jesse Jackson Jr & Wife to Vacation in Alabama

WASHINGTON: Jesse Jackson to spend a 30 months in an Alabama Camp for "a serious mental health condition" Jackson's lawyer Reid Weingarten said.  Jackson was found guilty of "misspending" $750,000 from his campaign fund.  His wife, Sandi, a former Chicago alderman, gets a year on a related charge. The couple are planning a second honeymoon during their visit to the camp.

(Let us not forget the wonderful work of Jackson's attorneys who named their first choices for where the crook might spend his time behind bars.  First choice: the Federal Prison Camp in Montgomery, Ala or the Federal Correctional Institution at Buter, North Carolina.  Both made the top 10 in a 2009 Forbes list of the country's cushiest federal prisons.

The Montgomery facility is "excellent," according to defense attorney and expert on federal prisons Alan Ellis. Butner is "an attractive place; well-run, well-managed," he said. If Jackson is placed in a cell at Butner, he will be on the same compound as white-collar criminal Bernie Madoff, who is prisoner 61727-054 in the federal system. All the of the buildings on the compound are named after Atlantic Coast Conference schools, and the prison is about an hour drive from Jackson's alma mater, North Carolina A&T.

Yes, he will be serving with pride.  Waiter... check please!)

The Jacksons, both Demo-rats, pleaded guilty in February after a years-long spending spree with campaign funds.  Among the loot: a $43,000 Rolex watch, furs, vacations, two mounted elk heads and memorabilia ranging from a Michael Jackson fedora to an Eddie Van Halen guitar.  Jackson agreed to return the watch, furs, and elk heads along with the Michael Jackson fedora, but requested ownership of the Van Halen guitar be transferred to "R.O.C.K. In The USA."

Personal responsibility, self-reliance, self-worth, and ethics, are of no value in Progressive America.

Afghan "Honor" Killing:
Man Shoots Wife To Death For Going To Market Without His Permission

(Sadly, this happens all the time in the Islamic world... even though CAIR has assured us honor killings have nothing to do with Islam)
Kabul, Aug 12 (EFE) – A man in the northern province of Kunduz shot his wife to death for going to the market without his permission, an Afghan police spokesman told Efe Monday.

The incident took place on Sunday in the Chahar Dara district, according to Sarwar Hussaini, who said that the murderer, identified only as Khodaidad, killed his 24-year-old wife in their home when she returned from going shopping.

Khodaidad fled after the killing and his whereabouts are currently unknown, the spokesman said.

Despite the social advances made with the fall of the Taliban regime 12 years ago, women's rights in Afghanistan continue to be systematically abused or ignored.

In May, the Afghan Parliament rejected approving a law against sexual violence over the opposition of the more conservative parties, which consider the existence of shelters for abuse victims, among other things, to be anti-Islamic.

Dear CNN & Judy Clown:

Put on your red foam nose, shove a red bandana in your hip pocket and get into the rodeo arena with a two thousand pound bull that wants nothing more than to shove his horns into your big fat Butt.  And while your trying to keep from getting gored by that 2,000 pound bull, or having it gore another cowboy, keep the audience entertained.

(Anyway that this Clown President can soak the Tax Payer, he'll do it... and try to do it without Congress's approval.  Well, Barry, only congress can write tax laws... read the constitution, Clown,)

'We can do this without Congress': Obuma working to unilaterally impose tax on cell phones

Read more: http://dailycaller.com/2013/08/15/obama-working-to-unilaterally-impose-cell-phonetax/#ixzz2cCWdRJYa

Obama's plan to expand high speed internet in schools in order to allow students to "use digital notebooks and teachers to customize lessons" came with a price tag of $12 per cell phone over the next three years with the boast "we can do this without Congress." The program, named ConnectED, has Obama so starry-eyed that he is prepared to unilaterally impose additional cell phone fees, bypassing Congress, whom he sees as recalcitrant. Opinion opposing the administration's bypassing of Congress has evidently reached the White House resulting in the issuance of several statements.

According to the Daily Caller:

Deputy White House press secretary John Ernest denied that the move was an "end run" around Congress in a press briefing Wednesday, but added that Congress's "dysfunctional" state could justify an executive override.

"Unfortunately, we haven't seen a lot of action in Congress, so the president has advocated an administrative, unilateral action to get this done," Ernest said.

Obama himself has openly discussed his willingness to bypass Congress whenever he is particularly insistent on implementing a part of his domestic agenda. In a July interview with the New York Times, the president said he feels he may need to both create and execute the law.

"I will seize any opportunity I can find to work with Congress to strengthen the middle class, improve their prospects, improve their security," Obama said. HORSESH1T"But where Congress is unwilling to act, I will take whatever administrative steps that I can in order to do right by the American people."

Congress, the president continued, can publicly express its disagreement, but made no mention of "legislative steps" the legislative body could take.

"And if Congress thinks that what I've done is inappropriate or wrong in some fashion, they're free to make that case. But there's not an action that I take that you don't have some folks in Congress who say that I'm usurping my authority. Some of these folks think I usurp my authority by having the gall to win the presidency. And I don't think that's a secret," Obama said. "But ultimately, I'm not concerned about their opinions – very few of them, by the way, are lawyers, much less constitutional lawyers." [Either are you, Clown... you gave up your Machine manufactured Law Lic. in 2008... remember, Barry?]

Talk about statements dripping with disdain, colored with contempt and announced with arrogance! Basically, there are several messages woven into these statements made regarding a program Obama is willing to "steal" money to implement without Congressional approval. Starting with the broad message and working down to the Obama-ese of the individual statements will prove what is being said about this man at every turn from those who see through his facade.

In the broad sense, Obama is essentially saying, "I'll do what I want, when I want, how I want regardless of Congress, the American people or the Constitution because, — well I can and no one will stop me." It is prudent to ask and answer the question; "When the government takes freedom, liberty or property away from its people, how often has it been given back to the people willingly?"

To come right out and say that would shock the liberal left and disillusion others that hang on every Obama word as though it is gospel. So, Obama-ese comes into play where what is said is just as important as what is unsaid. In Obama-ese broad sense, he is saying, "My plans to help all Americans cannot come to fruition because Congress is dysfunctional, refuses to work with me, and accuses me of usurping authority when they don't know the law, so it forces me to reluctantly use a power granted to me for the betterment of American and its people." Obama blames Congress for the dysfunction of his administration in order to con the people into accepting his unconstitutional law-making, tax imposing executive orders as a necessity to keep government working, silently implying it is supported by the Constitution, and all his actions are benevolent toward America.

When looking at the individual statements, Obama's high regard for himself is evident along with his narcissistic personality disorder. "I will seize any opportunity I can find to work with Congress ... AGAIN, HORSESH!T but where Congress is unwilling to act, I will take whatever administrative steps that I can. ..." This statement by Obama intimates he will make the law when Congress disagrees with him or when Congress refuses to help implement any Obama plan, essentially violating the Constitution for his ego and arrogance.

If you wondered where the race card is hidden, here it is in this statement; "Some of these folks think I usurp my authority by having the gall to win the presidency." That's a fancy statement for "They won't work with me 'cause I'm black." If anyone and everyone wants to talk color, let's talk "green." Green is the color of money which is being fleeced from all Americans, either covertly or blatantly, for scandalous operations, inappropriate funding of foreign governments, and Obama "whim" projects. If we are going to play a race card, then let's play the "money" racist one. Yes, Obama is a money racist; he hates money and will use it to destroy America.

This is the statement of all the statements that put the arrogant narcissist on display. "But ultimately, I'm not concerned about their opinions – very few of them, by the way, are lawyers much less constitutional lawyers." The illegitimate president is telling the entire country the Constitution cannot be read and understood by the average American or Congress so he, as a constitutional lawyer, must convey its contents to you by telling you that he is allowed all these actions. Call it what you will – the fox in the hen house or the wolf guarding the sheep – but whatever you call it, you can be sure this charlatan will get around to telling America the Constitution provides for the president to be dictator when Congress becomes "dysfunctional."

Obama, in subtle fashion, issues a challenge of "catch me if you can" to Congress in his statement "And if Congress thinks that what I've done is inappropriate or wrong in some fashion, they're free to make that case." Well, if Congress won't make that case, there are plenty of citizens who are willing to accept that challenge.

The news of the National Black Republican Association (NBRA) filing detailed articles of impeachment against Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barry Soetoro, in order to remove him from office could not come at a better time. Obama has become more emboldened in his dictatorial, tyrannical move to claim total power and "rule" as king over us all. The NBRA's move to file impeachment articles against this man must be supported, and America must come together to stand for our Constitutional republic and repel this tyranny.

Trump Hotel Not Apologizing for Booting Duck Dynasty Star

Aug 16, 2013

By Todd Starnes

Trump International Hotel called it unfortunate, but is not quite ready to apologize after a staff member mistakenly thought Duck Dynasty star Jase Robertson was a homeless vagrant and kicked him out of the pricey Manhattan high-rise.

Robertson laughed it off and said he was the victim of "facial profiling," but the hotel staff was apparently still trying to figure out what went on earlier this week, when Robertson and other members of his family were in New York City to promote the fourth season of their hit A&E reality show.

"We are investigating this very unfortunate situation," said Suzie Mills, the general manager for Trump International Hotel & Tower, in a statement to Fox News. "Mr. Robertson is a valued guest of our hotel and the members of our staff know who he is."

The swanky hotel, just across from Central Park, brushed aside a question about whether they had apologized to the popular reality television star – noting the incident was still "under investigation."

Apparently one Trump International Hotel staff member was not accustomed to seeing a fully bearded guest wearing camouflage pants.

"I asked them where the bathroom was and he said, 'Right this way, sir,'" Robertson told the hosts of the television show 'Live with Kelly and Michael.' "He walked me outside, pointed down the road and said, 'Good luck.'"

The hosts appeared stunned by the story – but Robertson smiled and said he took it in stride.

"I think it was a facial profiling deal," he said.

Robertson's brother, Al, told Fox News the family is getting a good laugh out of the case of mistaken identity.

"He assumed Jase was some homeless guy," he said. "This is not our first rodeo — which is another reason I stay beardless."

Ironically, it's not the first time the men of the Louisiana family have been mistaken for homeless people.

"One time, we were in New York City and people put money in Willie's coffee cup," he said. "Dad was speaking at a church once and one of the members showed him where the homeless shelter was."

The Robertsons said they were "absolutely not offended" by the incident and said they love staying at Trump Hotel.

"We were laughing — wait until the Donald hears about this," he said.

And for what it's worth, they hope the staff member doesn't get in trouble.

"He was just as nice as he could be — escorting Jase to the park," Al said. "And honestly, if I was in his shoes — I'd have done the same thing."

Oooops... CDC Study On Guns, Commissioned By Obuma, Puts Paid To Most Gun Control Arguments

(Wow.. how has this managed not to get greater attention? This study was completed in June 2013, yet was virtually ignored by the MSM Media... Perhaps because it didn't fit their screwball talking points?)

In short:
1. most gun deaths are suicides, not criminal violence.
2. there were anywhere between 500,000 to 3 million defensive uses of guns, per year.
3. both accidental deaths and mass shootings have declined, both accounting for very small fraction of gun related deaths.
4. Most criminals gain their guns from family, friends or illegal means, and so outside the "controls" envisioned by the gun control gang.
5. High gun related homicides are in Illinois, California, New Jersey, Washington D.C. skew the figures; these are areas where there are some of most restrictive gun laws.

Thus, the study tends to show that most of the gun control talk, is just that, talk, without much reality in actually addressing gun crime, and tends to support most of the things that gun rights advocates have repeatedly said.

Via New American:
http://thenewamerican.com/usnews/crime/item/15941-cdc-study-ordered-by-obama-contradicts-white-house-anti-gun-narrative

In January, following the Sandy Hook Elementary School massacre, President Obama issued a "Presidential Memorandum directing the Centers for Disease Control to research the causes and prevention of gun violence," along with 22 other "initiatives." That study, subcontracted out to the Institute of Medicine and National Research Council, was completed in June and contained some surprises for the president.

Obama had announced at the beginning of the year his push for three major gun control initiatives — universal background checks, a ban on "assault weapons," and a ban on "high-capacity" magazines — to prevent future mass shootings, no doubt hoping that the CDC study would oblige him by providing evidence that additional gun control measures were justified to reduce gun violence. On the contrary, that study refuted nearly all the standard anti-gun narrative and instead supported many of the positions taken by gun ownership supporters.
