GOP is Hard after your ASS, Eric me boy

Eric Holder lied to a Congressional Committee...
In a letter last February to Charles Grassley, the ranking Republican on the Senate Judiciary Committee, the Justice Department said that the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms had not sanctioned the sale of assault weapons to a straw purchaser and that the agency makes every effort to intercept weapons that have been purchased illegally.  In Operation "Fast and Furious," both statements turned out to be lies.

Holder claimed it was all just a huge mistake.

The biggest mistake was made by these Republican Senators who voted to confirm this liar...

Follow-up on Jarheads piece on Holder:

Eric Holder Lies AgainHolder Owes the American People an Apology

(Holder owes the American people a resignation... nothing less!  He has proved himself to be incompetant; a serial liar; corrupted by the power of his position; unwilling to go after the criminal banks and banksters in the "too big to fail... too big to jail..." banks; the "Fast and Furious" gun-running scheme that resulted in the deaths of DEA agents; complacency in holding Senators and Congressman and women to ethical or legal standards in the insider trading scheme that they are allowed to partake in, that should anyone else do the same (Martha Stewart) results in prison time; permitting the NSA, CIA, FBI to spy on Americans all the time, on everything that is "relevant"... which in their legalese is everything.... complicit in the knowledge of the use of snipers that were planned to assassinate the leaders of the Occupy Movement... anyone else would have been given prison time years ago.  I'm sure, however, that Obama has a Presidential Medal with Holder's name on it as a reward for a "job well done" aka, serving his corporate masters as a lackey slave)

The Justice Department made a long-overdue disclosure late Friday: Last year when U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder boasted about the successes that a high-profile task force racked up pursuing mortgage fraud, the numbers he trumpeted were grossly overstated.

We're not talking small differences here. Originally the Justice Department said 530 people were charged criminally as part of a year-long initiative by the multi-agency Mortgage Fraud Working Group. It now says the actual figure was 107 -- or 80 percent less. Holder originally said the defendants had victimized more than 73,000 American homeowners. That number was revised to 17,185, while estimates of homeowner losses associated with the frauds dropped to $95 million from $1 billion.

"Clearly, any family may be visited by federally paid agents for almost any reason."

According to an Obamacare provision millions of Americans will be targeted.

The Health and Human Services' website states that your family will be targeted if you fall under the "high-risk" categories below:

*Families where mom is not yet 21.
*Families where someone is a tobacco user.
*Families where children have low student achievement, developmental delays, or disabilities.
*Families with individuals who are serving or formerly served in the armed forces, including such families that have members of the armed forces who have had multiple deployments outside the United States.

There is no reference to Medicaid being the determinant for a family to be "eligible."

In 2011, the HHS announced $224 million will be given to support evidence-based home visiting programs to "help parents and children." Individuals from the state will implement these leveraging strategies to "enhance program sustainability."

Constitutional attorney and author Kent Masterson Brown states,

"This is not a "voluntary" program. The eligible entity receiving the grant for performing the home visits is to identify the individuals to be visited and intervene so as to meet the improvement benchmarks. A homeschooling family, for instance, may be subject to "intervention" in "school readiness" and "social-emotional developmental indicators." A farm family may be subject to "intervention" in order to "prevent child injuries." The sky is the limit.

Although the Obama administration would claim the provision applies only to Medicaid families, the new statute, by its own definition, has no such limitation. Intervention may be with any family for any reason. It may also result in the child or children being required to go to certain schools or taking certain medications and vaccines and even having more limited – or no – interaction with parents. The federal government will now set the standards for raising children and will enforce them by home visits."

Part of the program will require massive data collecting of private information including all sources of income and the amount gathered from each source.

A manual called Child Neglect: A Guide for Prevention, Assessment, and Intervention includes firearms as potential safety hazard  and will require inspectors to verify safety compliance and record each inspection into a database.

Last session South Carolina Rep. Bill Chumley introduced a bill, H.3101 that would nullify certain provisions of Obamacare. The bill would give the state attorney general the authority to authorize law enforcement to arrest federal agents for trespassing. It would make forced home inspections under Obamacare illegal in South Carolina. It passed in the House but died in the senate.

Kent Brown and Rep. Rick Quinn discuss "forced" home inspections under Obamacare in the video below:

REGGIE LOVE BOMBSHELL:
Obama Was Playing Cards With Me During Bin Laden Raid (SHOCK VIDEO)

August 14, 2013 at 6:16 pm

NOW WE KNOW THE REST OF THE STORY...

Barack Obama told Reggie Love he couldn't watch the "whole thing" while Navy SEALs stormed the Bin Laden Compound.

So they played 15 games of cards.
The entire raid last less than 40 minutes.

Earlier tonight it was reported that Barack Obama was playing cards with his personal assistant Reggie Love during the Bin Laden raid.

Reggie Love spilled the beans in an interview posted this week.
Reggie Love was asked to talk about the day Osama Bin Laden was killed. Reggie explained:

"Most people were like down in the Situation Room and [President Obama] was like, 'I'm not going to be down there, I can't watch this entire thing,' So he, myself, Pete Souza the White House photographer, Marvin, we must have played 15 hands, 15 games of spades."

The YouTube link (below) was found with the segment in question.

The full 8:59 minute interview can be viewed here at LiveLeak:

But, get this...
It was previously reported that U.S. troops were at the compound for less than 40 minutes.

This begs the questions: Did Obuma miss the entire Bin Laden raid?  Did he even care? And, then later he had the gall to take full credit for its success?

Pissing and Moaning

In spite of the fact that the Democrats have been the reason that so many cities and states, not to mention the nation at large, are in such dire financial straits, there are only a dozen states that boast two Republican senators and a Republican governor.

You do have to wonder why anyone would vote for someone who seems to think socialism is preferable to capitalism or why they would continue to elect politicians who don't even pretend to negotiate seriously with public sector unions.  We all know, or should know by now, that they merely go through the motions while, in reality, using the negotiations as a way to line up volunteers and guarantee themselves campaign contributions in exchange for our tax dollars.

I mean, places like Detroit don't simply happen.  They are the inevitable result of electing Democratic mayors and city councilmen decade after decade.  If you keep eating Twinkies, you'll get fat.  If you keep electing left-wingers, you'll go bust.

There are a great many people in this country who still believe that Obuma is as popular as he was in 2009.  They are totally unaware that his numbers in the polls are sinking nearly as fast as Anthony Weiner's weenie.  The reason for this is that he spends all his time in venues that are more tightly controlled than nuclear missile silos.  It's reminiscent of the days when every sit com, no matter how inane, came with a carefully calibrated laugh track, offering everything from giggles to
guffaws.  The idea was that even if the script didn't elicit laughs in the home audience, the laughter of others would persuade them that they were having a very jolly time.  In the case of Obuma, the idea is that even if the folks at home can't find a job and are worried sick about what the Affordable Care Act is going to do to their health care, if they see all those Schmucks on stage sitting behind Old POS and clapping on cue... he can't be doing too lousy a job.

The other day a friend of mine said, "I'm so glad that when my family decided to leave Chicago when I was six years old, they decided to take me along: I was in Scottsdale, Arizona, the other day when I saw a bumper sticker on a parked car that read I miss Chicago.  So I broke the window, stole the radio, shot out two of the tires, added an 'Obama/Biden in 2012 sticker' and left a note that read: I hope this helps.

This afternoon, I heard a talk show host predict that the GOP is so fractured that there's no way that we have any chance of winning in 2016.  He said that while Marco Rubio, Rand Paul and Chris Christie, all have sizable factions supporting them, no single candidate could possibly unite the Party.

I beg to differ.  I believe there's one: Hillary Clinton.  (Get my meaning????)

An EPIC Apology Letter to Obama Goes Viral Around the Web

Dear President Obama,

I'm reaching out to you as a friend. I know you must be deeply hurting after what happened at the Missouri State Fair. Sure, you probably try to avoid watching the news while you're on vacation, but I'm sure the pilot who airlifted your dog to your rental mansion in Martha's Vineyard probably caught you up to speed (that guy is such a chatterbox). Your jaw must have hit the floor when you heard the news: A rodeo clown in Missouri poked fun at you. Yeah, I know, almost impossible to believe. The gall! The gumption! The racism! Don't worry, the entire country erupted in outrage, Democrats and Republicans issued statements of condemnation, and now the offending clown has been banned for life from the Missouri State Fair. There will likely be "action taken" against the Missouri Rodeo Clown Association, and I do hope justice is visited upon them swiftly. I think we're all a little sick of the Missouri Rodeo Clown Association causing trouble. It's something new every week with those freakin' guys.

But all of this is of no consolation. The fact is, a rodeo clown in Missouri made fun of you. Nothing can ever ease the pain he has caused. This sort of crass lampooning of public officials has never happened at a rodeo until now, and I know that because a bunch of people who have never been within 150 miles of a rodeo said so. And then — worse still — the crowd erupted in applause at the spectacle of a guy in an Obama mask being chased by a rampaging bull. Racists, the lot of 'em! I mean, Bush never got this sort of treatment. Nobody ever mocked or satirized him. No crude jokes were told about him. Nobody ever wished violence or death upon him. Ever. You know why? Because he's white. White presidents always get treated nicely, especially white Republicans. Just ask Lincoln. The whole country agreed for over two centuries that we don't ever insult presidents, then you get into office and all of a sudden every day is Pick on the President Day. Outrageous!

Besides, you are due some respect. You've earned it. You've done nothing but serve these people and make their lives better, and this is how they treat you? Ungrateful brats. You should drone bomb these haters. Just kidding. But seriously, you should. You're the first president in history to actually order the assassination of American citizens, and I say why stop with some Muslim propagandist and his completely innocent son who never committed any crime at all?

I'm especially sick of these punks in the middle class who won't stop complaining about you. What's their issue? OK, you haven't done anything about the unemployment rate your whole time in office, median household incomes have dropped, less businesses are opening, the number of people in poverty has increased while the number of high paying jobs has decreased, all of this while taxes go up and Obamacare looms, threatening to strangle small business owners and put thousands more out of work, but so what? I've got two words: Food stamps. Or is it foodstamps? I don't know, I can't spell it, I can just use it to get my Lucky Charms and Dr. Pepper. You've made all of this "work" crap obsolete by increasing the entitlement state more than any president ever in history! You're adding more than 11 thousand Americans a day to SNAP. You've got millions relying on the government for rent, cable, phone, even birth control. I guess this horrible economy stuff would be kind of a bummer if not for all the delicious welfare. Who needs an economy anymore? We've got you, baby.

So how could anyone be upset at you? How could they delight at the degradation and mockery of Barack Obama? What's wrong with these right wing rednecks? Are they still sore about the whole thing where you sent the IRS after your political opponents to harass and hinder them during an election cycle? Or the stuff about spying on the phone records of every American? What about all this business about you arming and funding Islamic Militants overseas and then orchestrating a coverup when a bunch of them murdered your ambassador? Are folks STILL mad that you funneled weapons to drug cartels and then threatened whistleblowers into silence? Or is it all this fuss over your Justice Department spying on and attempting to prosecute journalists? Is it the wildly unpopular two thousand page health care law? The regulation mandating that religious employers provide abortifacients to their employees? The millions of tax dollars you've given to the abortion industry and the blessings you wished upon a group of wealthy abortionists? The bailouts? The green energy scams? The massive expansion of government? The out of control deficit spending? The lies? The broken promises? The betrayals? The corruption? The attacks on our fundamental liberties?

I can't imagine why anyone would get too worked about any of that. Like you said, that stuff didn't happen. Or it did, but it's not a big deal. Or it's not a big deal because it didn't. I can't remember, I just know that you treat anyone who raises any of these concerns with utter contempt and disregard, which clearly proves that they are wrong.

Mr. Obama, IF you WERE actually guilty of being a deceitful despot who murders, conspires, and steals, then obviously all true Americans would have no choice but to giggle with glee at the sight of your likeness being gouged by an angry bull. Fortunately, that isn't the case, which is why I'd like to apologize on for the entire state of Missouri, for everyone who has ever attended a state fair, and for everyone in the rodeo clown community.

You are still special, and I still love you.

Yours eternally,

Matt Walsh

Military Says It Will Now Give Queer Troops Extra Time Off So They Can Travel To Same-Sex Marriage States To Get Hitched...

(It pays to be queer in Obama's military. first the Navy and looks like the Marines are next)

(CNSNews.com) – The U.S. Defense Department announced on Wednesday that it will make "spousal and family benefits" available no later than Sept. 3, 2013, regardless of sexual orientation, for all service members who can provide a valid marriage certificate.

And what about same-sex military couples who live in a state where same-sex marriage is not allowed? No problem.

"We recognize that same-sex military couples who are not stationed in a jurisdiction that permits same-sex marriage would have to travel to another jurisdiction to marry. That is why the department will implement policies to allow military personnel in such a relationship non-chargeable leave for the purpose of travelling to a jurisdiction where such a marriage may occur," the DOD news release said.

"This will provide accelerated access to the full range of benefits offered to married military couples throughout the department, and help level the playing field between opposite-sex and same-sex couples seeking to be married."

Yep, I think this is how our tax dollars should be spent---NOT !!!

Rep Stockman has it right when he said  "We can't get the Justice Department to look at Benghazi, so it would be ironic that the Justice Department would investigate a clown"

Calls by the Missouri chapter of the NAACP for a federal investigation into a rodeo clown who donned a President Obama mask at the state fair last week are misguided and hypocritical, a Texas Republican congressman told FoxNews.com on Thursday.

U.S. Rep. Steve Stockman, who has invited the clown who wore the mask to perform in Texas, said the request for probes into the incident by the Justice Department and Secret Service are "silly" and should be ignored.

"A rodeo clown is really a nominal thing and it hurt no one," Stockman told FoxNews.com. "They didn't speak out when George Bush was being portrayed as a murderer. To become relevant again, they need to become more of an honest broker and not have contrived anger."

Stockman said the NAACP would better serve its constituents by focusing on ways to decrease unemployment among the black community. He also noted that the national civil rights group was silent after a July incident on a Florida bus where three black teens beat a fellow white student. Though Gulfport Police Chief Robert Vincent told Fox News the attack did not appear to be racially motivated, former Florida Rep. Allen West, who is black, chided Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson, noting they condemned Florida's laws in the wake of the Trayvon Martin shooting yet remained mum on the bus attack

"It's really patently false that they're angry at this, but not angry at other issues," Stockman continued. "There has to be some consistency."

Stockman said he thinks it's unlikely federal officials will investigate the matter.

"We can't get the Justice Department to look at Benghazi, so it would be ironic that the Justice Department would investigate a clown," he said. "They should focus on their member's needs rather than theatrics."

Insult to Injury: Wounded warriors snubbed at Walter Reed dining hall

By Justin Fishel, Jennifer Griffin

Published August 15, 2013
FoxNews.com

In a disturbing revelation about the treatment of America's most severely wounded troops, Fox News has learned the military earlier this month decided to invalidate meal tickets and reduce hours for the sole dining facility in the Walter Reed building where they are recovering.

The decision affects the Warrior Cafe located inside building 62, home to all multiple amputees and long-term, recovering patients at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Md.

The decision would mean wounded warriors who would normally have a government-funded meal just down the hall would have to walk, wheel or limp nearly a half-mile across the Walter Reed campus to the temporary "food trailer" for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

"I mean it's called the Warrior Cafe, you would think it is for us," said Sgt. Josh Wetzel, who lost both his legs when he stepped on a pressure plate IED outside Kandahar, Afghanistan in May 2013. He's been recovering at Walter Reed since and has been a daily customer at the cafe.

The status of the military's decision may be in flux.

After Fox News submitted multiple inquiries with senior military officials earlier this week, the Pentagon responded late Wednesday. Lt. Col. Catherine Wilkinson, a Pentagon spokesman, told Fox News that Dr. Jonathan Woodson, assistant secretary of Defense for health affairs, has decided to reverse the changes.

Yet so far, no patients at Walter Reed have been notified of that decision and there has been no formal announcement.

"It makes a lot of people mad that they can't get into their wheelchair and wheel down to the Warrior Cafe," Wetzel said. "Now they have to wheel all the way across base to use their meal cards."

.
"Now I get it," Ryan said. "Back in the Vietnam War when all the men and women were coming home (I understand) how they felt ... and I didn't think it would come to this."

Obuma Finds New Way To Harm The Economy...
By Going On Vacation

(Its about the only thing Obama's good at)

Via Vineyard Gazette:

West Tisbury businesses, from a gas station to farm stand vendors, fear that the partial closure of South Road and prominent detour signs spurred by President Obama's visit will hurt sales during one of the busiest weeks of the year.

President Obama arrived for a nine-day visit on Martha's Vineyard last Saturday. The first family is staying at a private home off South Road in Chilmark. Because of security concerns, South Road is closed between Meeting House Road and Wootton Bassett Road until August 18.

Large neon detour signs are in place, including in front of the West Tisbury fire station and at the intersection of Edgartown-West Tisbury Road and State Road. The signs warn that the road is closed ahead and advise vehicles to take a North Road detour. Signs are also in place along State Road in North Tisbury, directing traffic off State Road and toward Menemsha.

But a handful of West Tisbury businesses situated between the detour signs and the road closure say the traffic change will keep people away from the village center at the very height of summer and the week of the Agricultural Fair. The fair begins Thursday.

"We are very impacted by this," said Andrea Rogers, manager for the Vineyard Artisans Festivals, which take place Thursdays and Sundays at the Grange Hall. More than 70 artists sell ceramics, jewelry and art at the festivals.

"August is our make it or break it month, so this is the worst possible time of the year to block access," she added. "It impacts a lot of people."
