Why is it that it seems to be the norm anymore for the parents to apologize for what their hoodlum kids do ? How about the worm steps up to the plate and says he's sorry---if he is---instead of daddy having to do it.

Father of teen charged in Florida school bus beating says son is 'sorry'
Published August 13, 2013

The father of one of three Florida teens charged in a vicious school bus attack said his son is "sorry" for taking part in the July beating that made national headlines.

Julian McKnight said his son Julian, 15, has also suffered in the aftermath of the July 9 attack on a Pinellas County school bus after it left Lealman Intermediate School in the St. Petersburg-area community of Gulfport as the trio head to court on Tuesday.

"All I can say is he's had his consequences already, you know?" McKnight said. "We're sorry what happened to the victim, but that's just the way it is. My son ain't never been no bad person, he just got mixed [up] with bad people, that's all ... He's sorry."

Hey Warph, I think we might have stumbled onto something here. Since California has that new law that allows the school boys to use the girls bathrooms if they are feeling girlie that day, how about they put one of these pacus fish in every stool in the girls bathroom ? If you really are a girl trapped in a boys body then you really won't mind losing the ol nads---save money from surgery---BUT---if you are just a perv wanting to sneak a peek you might have second thoughts about dangling the twins into the fish bowl !!

Testicle-eating fish spotted in Danish waters

Experts from the Danish National History Museum have warned that pacus -- a relative of the piranha -- have been spotted in the Danish/Swedish Øresund channel. The pacu has been known to bite swimmers, and have been known to attack men's testicles, because "testicles sit nicely in their mouth." So men are being cautioned to avoid nude swimming in the channel, though the museum's Henrik Carl stresses that the risk is not very high, in the grand scheme of things: "You're more likely to drown than get your nuts bitten off."

Jarhead, I hadn't heard about that new law.  Not that it would make a difference anyhow.  I have attended concerts in the past where there have been incidents such as.......

At a country music concert, the women's restrooms were unusable.  In the men's there was the standard trough when you walk in and the stools behind a wall.  Men were doing their thing while a line of women were standing next to the wall waiting for a stool.  Some were trying real hard not to look, some were embarrassed and some were openly gawking at the men.  This wasn't a problem for the men.........well, maybe, if you were the guy on the end closest to them.

At many, well, all of these events, the women's restroom always has a line, a long line.  I went to one concert and saw the usual long line at the women's restroom and no line at the men's.  As I was approaching the restroom, two young ladies decided to not stand in line and went into the men's room.  There didn't seem to be a problem with the men on this one either.

HELP!  I'm talking and I can't shut up!

I came...  I saw...  I had NO idea what was going on...

Why hell Doc, In Ca. when you go to a concert, after a couple Darvons and a toke or two, who worries about which bathroom you use.---I mean back in our days of coarse. :D

New Mexico Supreme Court Rules Non-English Speaking
Citizens Have Right To Serve On Juries

(Por qué.. What the f**k????)

SANTA FE, N.M. (AP) — The New Mexico Supreme Court is cautioning trial courts and lawyers that citizens who don't speak English have the right to serve on juries.

The court issued the admonition in a ruling that upholds an Albuquerque man's convictions for murder and other crimes in the bludgeoning death of his girlfriend and a subsequent armed robbery and stabbing.

Michael Samora's appeal argued that his convictions should be reversed because a Bernalillo County judge excused a Spanish-speaking prospective juror who had trouble understanding English.

The Supreme Court says it agrees with that argument but also says Samora's defense needed to object during the trial but didn't.

The ruling issued Monday tells judges and lawyers that they must make reasonable efforts to protect the rights of non-English speaking citizens to serve on juries.

(What a low blow against Obuma... considering government workers overwhelmingly vote Demo-rat, you have to wonder how many of these people voted for Obuma? ...probably all of them)

Less than 3 percent of U.S. federal workers want to give up their current health plans and join Obamacare, according to a new poll.

92.3 percent of federal workers think that they should continue with their current health insurance program, the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program (FEHBP), while just 2.8 percent think they should be required to join Obamacare exchanges and 4.9 percent are not sure, according to an August survey conducted by FedSmith.com, a website for federal employees.

"There is apparently little debate among the federal workforce. Federal employees do not want to be part of the new system. Employees who are already retired have a much stronger negative reaction to being moved to a new system," FedSmith.com noted.

Far Left Former IRS Official Lois Lerner Used
Private Email Account for Government Business

The Obama IRS Scandal involves:

** At least 292 conservative groups targeted
** At least 5 pro-Israel groups targeted
** Constitutional groups targeted
** Groups that criticized Obama administration were targeted
** At least two pro-life groups targeted
** A Texas voting-rights group was targeted
** Conservative activists and businesses were targeted.
** At least 88 IRS agents were involved in the targeting scandal
** At least one conservative Hispanic group was targeted
** No liberal groups suffered the same type of scrutiny from the IRS – Not one
** Conservative groups to this day continue to be targeted by the IRS

Now we find out that shady Lois Lerner, the far left former director of the IRS's Exempt Organizations unit, was using her private email account for government business.
This is also against the rules.
The Corner reported:

Embattled Internal Revenue Service official Lois Lerner sent official documents from her government e-mail address to a personal account, according to House Oversight Committee chairman Darrell Issa and his colleague, Ohio congressman Jim Jordan.

"This raises some serious questions concerning your use of a non-official e-mail account to conduct official business," the GOP lawmakers wrote in a letter to Lerner demanding all documents from her non-official account for the period between January 2008 and the present. "Additional documents related to the Committee's investigation may exist in these non-official accounts over which you have some control, and the lack of access to this information prevents the Committee from fully assessing your actions," they explained. Issa and Jordan are requesting that Lerner produce the documents by August 27.

The use of personal e-mail accounts to conduct government work also has the potential to impede federal-records requests by the public because personal accounts are not archived by the government. Controversy erupted, for example, over former EPA administrator Lisa Jackson's use of a government account under the name Richard Windsor which, like a personal account, would not be captured by records requests relating to Jackson.

Lerner, the former director of the IRS's Exempt Organizations unit, was placed on administrative leave in late May after refusing to resign her post.

MYSTERY PRIEST Fr. Patrick Dowling Speaks Out:
"It Was Almighty God Who Intervened"

Katie Lentz, 19, was hit by a drunk driver and was pinned between the steering wheel and the seat of her Mercedes last Sunday.

That's when a priest appeared and prayed with her. She was freed minutes later from the wreck but when the crews turned to thank the priest – he was gone.
Father Patrick Dowling, a priest in the Jefferson City Missouri Diocese, stepped forward this week. He was travelling Highway 19 between mass assignments two weeks ago when he stopped at a crash site. The Missouri priest got out and prayed with 19-year-old crash victim Katie Lentz and first responders. Then he disappeared.
Father Patrick Dowling spoke with KHQA this week about the crash.

Father Dowling told KHQA reporters:

Dowling said that he's pleased that he was able to help by performing his ministry and said that he was one of many who responded to help the victim:[/b]
"You must remember, there were many people praying there, many, many people ... and they were all praying obviously for healing and for her safety," Dowling told Carl Bunderson with Catholic News Agency. "I was probably part of the answer to their prayers, I came by and Anointed and absolved, (but) I didn't say another word ... I did not say anything like the machinery would begin to work or they would succeed in getting her out of the car."

Farrakhan Blasts Obuma: "Has Not, Cannot and Will Not
Solve Problems in the Black Community"

(From one THUG about another THUG, Obuma... Louis Farrakhan went off on Obuma this week.  The Jew-bashing hate-preacher said Obuma, "Has not, cannot and will not solve the problems in the black community."  And he's right, for once!)

Black unemployment has skyrocketed under Obuma.

Stupid Person Of The Day

Pants Suit Announces Speaking Tour To Restore Faith In Government

(Helly starts running early and fades in the stretch... to bad, ol' horse's ass)

Via Breitbart:
On Monday, Hillary Clinton told the American Bar Association annual meeting in San Francisco that she would be launching a series of speeches about American foreign policy in the "next few months." According to Philip Rucker, White House correspondent for The Washington Post, Hillary planned to emphasize restoring faith in government – an ironic theme, considering that she was a member of the current administration presiding over the rapid decline in faith in government.

The speech today was clearly a launching point for a 2016 campaign. She put heavy emphasis on bashing voter ID laws suggesting that they were "often [passed] under the cover of addressing the phantom epidemic of 'voter fraud.'" Such laws have been a bugaboo of the Obama administration, which has sought to portray them as racist in an attempt to stir outrage against Republicans.
