Obama Inc. Refuses to Cancel Military Contracts with Al Qaeda Supporters

It's all about due process. Al Qaeda supporters receiving taxpayer dollars get it from Obama Inc.  Just not George Zimmerman or the State of Texas.

Supporters of the Taliban and al-Qaeda in Afghanistan have been getting U.S. military contracts, and American officials are citing "due process rights" as a reason not to cancel the agreements, according to an independent agency monitoring spending.

The U.S. Army Suspension and Debarment Office has declined to act in 43 such cases, John Sopko, the Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction, said today in a letter accompanying a quarterly report to Congress.

"I am deeply troubled that the U.S. military can pursue, attack, and even kill terrorists and their supporters, but that some in the U.S. government believe we cannot prevent these same people from receiving a government contract," Sopko said.

So we're paying people to kill us. More directly than we usually do.

Regarding the 43 cases of contractors with militant connections, Sopko said the Army should "enforce the rule of common sense" in its suspension and debarment program. "They may be enemies of the United States but that is not enough to keep them from getting government contracts," according to the agency's report.

George Wright, another Army spokesman, said by e-mail that cutting off the contracts based only on information from Sopko's office "would fail to meet due-process requirements and would likely be deemed arbitrary if challenged in court."

Sopko said the Army "appears to believe that suspension or debarment of these individuals and companies would be a violation of their due-process rights if based on classified information" or on Commerce Department reports.

I guess we can't force feed them those contracts over Ramadan either.

(Nothing new here... the CIA has been conducting paramilitary operations since Viet Nam, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Africa and a whole lot more.  What has been a variable has been the side they have been aiding.  In the past it was never a side we, as a country, were at war with.  This is now different!  The CIA, under direction of SecState AND Obuma Inc. have been arming an enemy of the US.  And to carry out this without Congress knowing, this had to be done at very high levels; the POS president, the DOJ, the DCIA and Sec State.  There is no weaseling out from under this if the truth hits the light of day.  Can you imagine if Truman, JFK, Reagan had the same efforts to stop the Islamists and then because of political correctness, leftist ideology, a POS President would treat and trade and give money to our enemies, how that would fly?  Our Putin on the Potomac is a Quisling.  Pure and simple.  How America could have elected a traitor to our ethics, our heritage, history and values and to our Constitution is still beyond me except with the concept of the Low Informed Brainwashed Voter who wants to be dependent, is a Know Nothing and is more interested in an Obuma-phone rather than defeating Islamofascism.  It really pisses me off!

The parasite has out grown its host and it can't live on its own. We are witnessing the convergence of multiple mistake streams combining into one river of destruction. We have a ruling clique concerned only with maintaining its power supported by a dependent class that wants what it wants now not later. And they are employing public sector unions that want to negotiate feather-bed contracts with the same people they help elect. All empowered by a mass of low information voters who either don't pay any attention to what is going on or accept anything they see, hear or absorb from the Corporations Once Known as the Mainstream Media, late night talk shows or the Daily Show as real news.

America has been dumbed down so far it is acting stupid. We have been assaulted by so many outrageous actions we are becoming numb. Every day the drip, drip, drip of this Administration's unconstitutional activities and the constant drumbeat of the media covering-up instead of exposing and advocating instead of investigating makes us so tired of the fight we want to just throw up our hands and retreat into our families and our personal lives. This is just what the Progressives have been working for the last one hundred years. They have educated generations who have educated generations until most people have no idea how things were let alone how things should be.

The loss of historical perspective forces people to live in the now, and the now can always be changed. The lack of intellectual understanding causes people to rely upon emotion, and emotions can always be swayed. When people listen with the intent to respond instead of to understand conversations become two-way monologues between self-absorbed cyphers incapable of joining together in any meaningful way. Our Progressive education has cultivated a nation of couch potatoes who aren't aware that the Republic of their forefathers is being transformed before their eyes into a centrally-planned utopian experiment in social engineering.

Turn off the game, open a book, go online, and do something that will raise your awareness of what America is supposed to be. Look at our government and what they are doing and see what America is becoming. Think about it. Today in the name of security the government of the people, by the people and for the people is watching and listening to everything that is said and done while the one person who stands up and tells us they are doing it is a traitor, a felon, and must be stopped at all costs.

Yet with all this watching, all this listening even with warnings from multiple sources our vaunted security apparatus couldn't stop the Boston bombers. Despite the constant surveillance we are told endlessly that there is no way to identify the millions of illegal aliens who are swamping our system. In the face of obvious signs and numerous warnings a Muslim fundamentalist can climb on a table shouting "Allah Akbar!" shoot dozens of people, and this isn't terrorism while according to the news anchors of one network Senator Ted Cruz is a terrorist, and according to others so are the Americans involved in the Tea Party. Open your eyes and realize this country has been hijacked, the constitution is a dead letter, and if we don't do something soon nothing will happen.

How long have we waited for someone to rise up and lead the cause of freedom, to call a spade a spade and point out the fact that the Progressives are leading us away from freedom and towards totalitarianism? How long have we waited for someone in Washington to speak plainly and to point out that the 'Emperor has no clothes?'

Finally there are a few in the Senate and in the House willing to lay it all on the line to speak up and be counted. The Progressive Republicans are joining with their fellow travelers across the aisle to denounce them, malign their names and attempt to marginalize them. The Corporations Once Known as the Mainstream Media are predictably showing praise on the RINOs for becoming statesmen for attacking the true conservatives while they pile on with vindictive abandon.

It is time to support the cause with our time, talent and treasure. Join with others and work, march, organize. Do whatever you can to accomplish all you can in the cause of freedom. Write, speak, share, and do everything you can to influence everyone you can that freedom isn't free. It is worth saving, and it is time to stand up or be counted out. Give to those organizations and leaders who are in the forefront of the fight.

We will either rise to the occasion or we will sink beneath the waves of oppression as man's greatest experiment in personal freedom, and individual liberty and economic opportunity descends back into the well of human suffering and statist control from which it emerged in 1776.

This is a call to action to be all that we can be now before we morph forever into what someone else has decided we should be. America, it's time to be America again, or watch as our children and grandchildren find themselves in the USSA and never even know there was ever anything else. The flags will still wave, the names will remain the same, but this will no longer be the America we have known.

Keep the faith. Keep the peace. We shall overcome.

Democratic House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi said that President Obama is "one of the most practically non-partisan presidents" that she has ever seen in her career and that he "really is working" to forge a budget agreement.

"Here's the thing — the president is one of the most practically non-partisan presidents I have seen in the White House. I've been there since Ronald Reagan, and he really is working to try to get some bipartisan agreement. They've been working very hard to try to get the Senate consensus or some agreement on how we can avoid a shutdown of government but also how you can even remove all doubt that we're not going to honor the full faith in credit of the United States of America by lifting the debt ceiling," Pelosi said Friday in an interview with the USA Today editorial board.

"There are some glimmers, a possibility of coming to a grand bargain. The president is talking about a grand bargain for middle-income jobs, but the bigger, the grander the bargain the more you can accommodate, shall we say, other things you don't like so much. But weighing all the equities, this is the way that we need to go forward," Pelosi said.

Pelosi also said in the interview that government spending will help reduce the deficit, and offered a curious response to a question about the Obama administration's delay of Obamacare's unpopular employer mandate.

"The president didn't postpone the mandate. He postponed the penalties for not engaging in the mandate," Pelosi said.

WASHINGTON –   Barack Obama kicked off his birthday weekend Saturday with a round of golf with friends and a getaway to Camp David.

Obama, who turns 52 on Sunday, left the White House just after 8 a.m. EDT — that's unusually early for the half-hour motorcade ride to Andrews Air Force Base in Maryland — to squeeze in some golf before the celebration shifted to the presidential retreat nestled in Maryland's Catoctin Mountains.

Before leaving, officials said Obama's counterterrorism adviser updated him on a potential al-Qaida threat that led the State Department on Friday to issue a global travel warning to Americans and order the weekend closure of 21 embassies and consulates across the Muslim world.

The White House said the president's three golfing foursomes included some of his friends from Hawaii, where he grew up, and Chicago, where he lived before becoming president, along with current and former aides.

Among them were childhood friends Bobby Titcomb and Mike Ramos, and Chicago pals Marty Nesbitt and Eric Whitaker. White House aides Marvin Nicholson and Sam Kass, an assistant chef, rounded out the group, along with Reggie Love, who for years had been Obama's personal assistant, or "body man," and basketball buddy until he left the White House in late 2011 to work on getting an MBA.

Due to the limited number of seats, only the winners at golf — Love, Kass and two other players — got to join Obama on the presidential helicopter. The losers went the long way, by car.

Bill Maher is very unhappy that rich conservatives are having an impact on politics.

With this in mind, HBO's Real Time host on Friday encouraged "rich liberals" such as guest Jay Z, Oprah Winfrey, and Steven Spielberg to "get in the game," "pony up" and "buy a state."

BILL MAHER: But in 2010, the Supreme Court issued their infamous Citizens United ruling which raised the amount people could give to political campaigns from a few thousand to infinity. It's why I was able to give Obama's PAC a million bucks. It's why Sheldon Adelson was able to spend 150 million against Obama. And it's what has allowed a guy like Art Pope on the local level to hijack an entire state and impose the laws he wants, crazy laws that 4/5 of the people there don't want. But it doesn't matter what the people want. It's what Art Pope wants.

In the post-Citizens United world, it's no longer our ideas versus their ideas, or even our base versus their base. It's our super-rich versus their super-rich and theirs are winning. Which means ours have got to get in the game.

By universal consent, Huma Abedin is "smart, accomplished" (the Guardian), "whip-smart" (The Week), "accomplished" (Time), "smart and accomplished" (the Daily News) — oh, and did I mention "accomplished" (Forbes)?

So, if she's so smart, what has she accomplished? Let us put aside her Muslim Brotherhood family background — let us put it aside in the same corner as Anthony Weiner's infidel penis, the Muslim Brotherhood being one of the few things on the planet rising even more spectacularly than Anthony. Instead, consider merely the official résumé. Huma Abedin's present employment is as "head of Hillary Clinton's transition team." Mrs Clinton, you may recall, was once secretary of state. This was way back in January. Since then, she has been "transitioning away from government to become more involved in her family's charitable foundation." You can't make a "transition" without a "transition team." Well, not in America. Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands recently abdicated and managed to transition away from being queen back to the non-queen sector without benefit of a "transition team." But it would be entirely unreasonable to expect U.S. cabinet officials to attempt the same tricky maneuver.

Hillary Rodham Clinton Can Run But She Can't Hide From Her Record

Senator John McCain, a Republican-In-Name-Only, is cheerleading for Hillary Clinton, a Democrat, calling her a "Rock Star." That may be true, but what this Country needs is a leader not another "rock star." Haven't we learned our lesson with the Hollywood Hero, Obama?

Before we all run out and vote for Hillary "just because she's a woman," let's take a step back and look at her track record.

The day Hillary Rodman was married to Bill Clinton, she decided to keep her own last name, which was rare back in those days. It wasn't until Bill Clinton started winning some elections and became Governor of Arkansas, did she suddenly decide she would be acknowledged as Hillary Rodman Clinton. This is when we began to see the "real Hillary!" She is nothing more than a self-serving opportunist.

Does "Whitewater" ring a bell? Remember that pesky little real estate investment deal gone south and investigated by Special Prosecutor, Ken Starr?

For those who need a refresher course, here is the Reader's Digest Version of the Whitewater Scandal:

Whitewater was a real estate development in Arkansas that Bill and Hillary lost money in. Their partners, Jim and Susan McDougal, who also owned a savings and loan association (Madison Guaranty) hired Hillary and her firm, the Rose Law Firm. When the S&L failed – costing taxpayers over $65 million – the Whitewater vacation development collapsed.

Vince Foster was a deputy White House counsel during the first few months of President Clinton's administration and also a law partner and friend to Hillary Rodham Clinton.

Bill and Hillary Clinton were investigated for their role in the Whitewater real estate fraud case but due to "lack of sufficient evidence" the charges were dropped against them. However, Bill Clinton's Successor, Governor Jim Guy Tucker, was convicted and served time in prison for his role in the fraud and Susan McDougal later served 18 months in prison for contempt of court for refusing to answer any questions relating to Whitewater. She was later granted a pardon by (none other than) President Clinton just before leaving office and Vince Foster committed suicide.

Seems like everyone involved either went to jail or ended up dead except for Bill and Hillary.[/color][/b]
While under investigation for the Whitewater scandal, the Paula Jones and Monica Lewinsky sexcapades were revealed. Hillary Clinton decided to "Stand by her President," err... I mean her "Man." After years of dreaming about getting into the White House, there was no way Hillary would let a little "I didn't have sex with that woman" affair keep her from living at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue even if it were just as the First Lady.

No, Hillary has higher aspiration. She wants to be President, at all costs.

And what is the price of she is willing to pay for that prestige?

On the night of September 12, 2011 when dozens of Americans cried for help for over seven hours during the 9-11 attack in Benghazi, which left four Americans dead, where was Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton? Once again she stood by her President (Obama) and watched four Americans die.

She didn't send them any backup or assistance but here is what she did after the attacks on our Embassy. First she blamed it on some anti-Islam video and even spent thousands of our taxpayer dollars to apologize to Pakistan for a video that had nothing to do with the attacks on Americans in Libya.

She met the flagged draped coffins at the airport and through teary eyes gave this unbelievable statement:

Clinton said that Libya, Egypt and Tunisia "did not trade the tyranny of a dictator for the tyranny of a mob." Those countries' leaders "need to do everything they can to restore security" in the face of anti-American protests arising from an "awful Internet video," she said.

Awful Internet video? Let's just go along with this nonsense for a minute, even if it were an "awful video" that caused these men to be killed, in reality, she sat idly by and did nothing for SEVEN HOURS and watched four Americans be brutally murdered by radical Muslims!!!!!!!

She'll apologize to radical Muslims over some ridiculous video conspiracy but she didn't offer any apology to the families of the four slain men on how her inaction sent their loved ones to an early grave.

It wasn't until after the truth of the Benghazi attacks were revealed did Hillary change her tone. Which, by the way, was even more egregious than apologizing to Pakistan over some video that didn't exist.

Hillary's Clinton response to the Benghazi attacks; and I quote:
"With all due respect, the fact is we had four dead Americans. Was it because of a protest or was it because of guys out for a walk one night decided to go kill some Americans? What difference at this point does it make?"

The death of these Four Americans, under her watch, is blood on her hands and what difference does it make???

Are you really going to trust Hillary Clinton to possibly be the next President of the United State when her first concern was for the "hurt feelings" of Radical Muslims of Pakistan over the life of four Americans? Where do you think she she will be pledging her allegiance? Not the Red, White and Blue, that's for sure! Her track record already proves it. She stands with the Radical Muslims over American Citizens.

Has anyone overlooked the fact that Huma Abedin, wife of pervert Anthony Weiner, is Hillary Clinton Deputy Assistant? Have you forgotten that Huma Abedin has strong ties to the Muslim Brotherhood? Have you forgotten that when Hillary was Secretary of State that she was right in the middle of toppling governments in order to install Islamic Regimes! It seems to me that Hillary is always on the WRONG SIDE OF AMERICA as she stands with Radical Muslims.

I support our Troops, as I am sure most Americans do. But where does Hillary stand when it comes to Our Military?

There are already two dead Navy Seals, thanks to her inaction during the attack on our US Embassy in Benghazi. The administration she worked for, cut health care for the military, fired countless military personnel and tied the hands of soldiers in the field, leading to unprecedented casualties in Afghanistan. Does that sound like someone who loves America or our military? With friends like her, who needs enemies.
Hillary may be a "rock star" in the eyes of some washed-up, foolish old man, but what this Country needs is a leader who is a real American, who loves America and will defeat HER at all costs.

Hillary's track record proves that she is a self-serving, lying Anti-American who's only concern is getting elected to the highest office in America, the Presidency. If elected, she and the rest of the Anti-Americans she surrounds herself with will continue down the path of the current Communist-minded regime in office, which is to continue to Destroy America!
In 2016, when we are casting our votes for the next President of these United States of America, let us not forget the names of the four Americans killed under Hillary's watch; Ambassador Stevens, Sean Smith, Glen Doherty and Tyrone Woods Jr., murdered under her supervision.

Perhaps their living or dying makes no difference to Hillary Clinton, but their lives did have meaning to their families who still have many unanswered questions from the White House. If she is elected as our next President, will the life and death of your families be of any concern to her if it interferes with her personal agenda?

Again, her track record leaves me to believe her top priority is HER and not US.

Today's headline scream that the State Department has issued a first of its kind worldwide travel alert because of the Clear and Present danger of Al Qaeda threats. If you have been following Hillary Clinton's track record, I'm sure she is cheering for the wrong team.

At the RedState Gathering in New Orleans on Friday, Sen. Ted Cruz called for a grassroots effort to persuade Republicans to eliminate funding for President Obama's health care law. Or as he put it, the "biggest and the most important battle 113th Congress is going to face" — the battle to defund ObamaCare.

Senator Cruz told the gathering of Conservative activists that the best way to defund ObamaCare is with the continuing resolution needed to fund the federal government after the current continuing resolution expires on Sept. 30, 2013.

Senator Cruz and other like-minded Senators have vowed not to vote for any continuing resolution that funds ObamaCare. To be successful 41 Senators or 218 Members of the House must stand together and likewise refuse to fund ObamaCare.

'Don't Blink'

This is how Senator Cruz said this could work:

The House passes a continuing resolution that funds the entire federal government and includes language that explicitly prohibits spending even a penny of federal money, discretionary or mandatory, on ObamaCare.

The next step is that President Obama and Harry Reid will yell and scream that those mean Republicans are threatening to shut down the government. At that point we have to do something different than we've done before. We have to step up and win the argument.

Senator Cruz explained that those opposed to ObamaCare must tell the American people they are not shutting down the government — they are voting to continue funding the entire federal government except for ObamaCare. They must ask why President Obama is threatening to shut down the government in order to force ObamaCare down the throats of the American people?

"Obama has been willing to grant ObamaCare waivers to giant corporations. Why is Obama threatening to shut down the government to deny that very same waiver to the hard-working families of America?"

Cruz admits that they don't yet have the 41 Senate or 218 House votes to make this work. Some Congressional Republicans are afraid to defund ObamaCare. They fear the President's big bully pulpit and that the main stream media will repeat word for word everything he says:

"So if the President says the Republicans are shutting down the government, the reporters will write that."

Senator Cruz shrugs that off. He points out that the way ObamaCare opponents can win this argument is by a grassroots mobilization of the American people. He urges people to go to the Don't Fund It.com website and sign the petition to tell Congress not to fund ObamaCare. Cruz also wants hundreds of thousands of Americans to call their Senators and members of the House and tell them to "stop saying you oppose ObamaCare and actually stand up and defund it":

"I can't win this fight. There is no elected politician in Washington who can win this fight. The only people who can win this fight are YOU. The only people who can win this fight are the American people rising up in overwhelming numbers and saying, 'We want our country back.'"

This Thing Ain't Working

According to Senator Cruz, this is the best time to defund ObamaCare.

ObamaCare is unpopular:

■The always unpopular ObamaCare is more unpopular than ever.
■President Obama's campaign to sell ObamaCare to Americans has failed.
■Leading Democrats have criticized the president's incompetent implementation of ObamaCare.
■Even Democrats are giving up on ObamaCare.
Union's, Obama's most faithful allies, are jumping off the ObamaCare ship:

■James Hoffa, head of the Teamsters, wrote a letter to former Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid saying  ObamaCare is destroying the 40-hour work week that is the back bone of the middle class.
■The IRS employees' union, whose members are in charge of enforcing ObamaCare, wants out from under ObamaCare.
Last week President Obama went to Capital Hill to meet with Democrat Senators who were begging to be let out from under ObamaCare. And now we know that because of an extra-legal and special deal all the elected elite and their staff will be exempted from the impact of ObamaCare.

Last month Obama was forced to admit the failure of ObamaCare by unilaterally and lawlessly delaying the employer mandate on certain companies until after the 2014 midterm election.

As Senator Cruz notes, if  ObamaCare were a good thing, if it were working Obama would want it to be in full force before the 2014 midterm election. "The delay is a tacit admission that this thing ain't working."

Consider this a call to action. Spread the word. Only you can get ObamaCare defunded.
