Syrian Electronic Army Hacks Thomson Reuters Twitter Account

(The Syrian Electronic Army, a hacker group which is pro-Assad, pro the regime, had been posting anti-rebel propaganda in the timeline, arguing against any "negotiating" with the other side.

As their picture shows, they believe the other side, the "Free Syrian Army" is in bed with the United States and those evil Joooos... with anti-semitic imagery)

Obama Regime Bows To CAIR's Demands, Condemns
Egypt's Crackdown On Muslim Brotherhood

(Per CAIR's instructions)

(Reuters) — The White House condemned the Egyptian military's bloody weekend crackdown on demonstrators on Monday but took no immediate steps to suspend US military assistance to Egypt.

White House spokesman Josh Earnest said the crackdown, in which 80 people were gunned down in Cairo, sets back the process of democratization in Egypt and does not square with the interim government's pledge to swiftly return to civilian rule.

But asked if the violence would prompt the United States to suspend aid to Egypt's military, Earnest said: "I don't have any change in our posture to report to you today."

He said aid is under review, as it has been since Egypt's military takeover on July 3.

Europe's top diplomat shuttled between Egypt's rulers and the Muslim Brotherhood on Monday in an urgent mission to pull the country back from more bloodshed, but both sides were defiant and unyielding after the violence of this past weekend.

European Union foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton, making her second visit in 12 days as one of the few outsiders still able to speak to both sides, made no public comment. Supporters and opponents of Morsi left no doubt about the depth of polarization in the Arab world's most populous nation.

"It's very simple, we are not going anywhere," said Brotherhood spokesman Gehad El-Haddad, making clear the group intends to defy government orders to abandon a protest vigil of thousands of followers demanding Morsi's return.

"We are going to increase the protest," he told Reuters. "Someone has to put sense into this leadership."

Treasury Says Federal Debt Stuck At Exactly $16,699,396,000,000 For 70 Straight Days, Just $25 Million Below Debt Limit

(Known as, "Cooking the books")

Via CNS News:
According to the Daily Treasury Statement for July 26, which the Treasury released this afternoon, the federal debt has been stuck at exactly $16,699,396,000,000.00 for 70 straight days.

That is approximately $25 million below the legal limit of $16,699,421,095,673.60 that Congress has imposed on the debt.

The portion of the federal debt subject to the legal limit set by Congress first hit $16,699,396,000,000.00 at the close of business on May 17. At the close of every business day since then, it has also been $16,699,396,000,000.00, according to the official accounting published by the Treasury Department.

If the debt had increased by even $30 million at any time during those 70 days, it would have exceeded the statutory limit. But, according to the Treasury, the debt did not do that. Instead, it remained precisely $16,699,396,000,000.00.

Even though the government's official accounting of the debt has not budged for 70 days, the Treasury has continued to sell bills, notes and bonds at a value that exceeds the value of the bills, notes and bonds it was redeeming.

Jay-Z On Moonbat Singer Harry Belafonte's Criticism He Doesn't Use His Fame To Push Liberal Causes: "My Presence Is Charity. Just Like Obama's Is"

(Fun fact: If you took Obuma's massive ego and crashed
it into Jay-Z's equally gigantic ego the world would cease to exist)

Via WSJ:
Jay-Z has responded to criticism from legendary actor and activist Harry Belafonte that the rapper has failed to use his celebrity in a social responsibly way. Last year, Belafonte reportedly said "I think one of the great abuses of this modern time is that we should have had such high-profile artists, powerful celebrities. But they have turned their back on social responsibility. That goes for Jay-Z and Beyonce, for example. Give me Bruce Springsteen, and now you're talking. I really think he is black."

During a recent interview with Rap Radar's Elliott Wilson (carried on Jay-Z's Life+Times YouTube channel), Jay-Z said,"I'm offended by that because first of all, and this is going to sound arrogant, but my presence is charity. Just who I am. Just like Obama's is. Obama provides hope. Whether he does anything, the hope that he provides for a nation, and outside of America is enough." He continued, "Just being who he is. You're the first black president. If he speaks on any issue or anything he should be left alone... Of course we want to challenge him to do better. I felt Belafonte he just went about it wrong. Like the way he did it in the media, and then he big upped Bruce Springsteen or somebody. And it was like, 'whoa,' you just sent the wrong message all the way around...Bruce Springsteen is a great guy. You're this Civil Rights activist and you just big upped the white guy against me in the white media. And I'm not saying that in a racial way. I'm just saying what it is. The fact of what it was. And that was just the wrong way to go about it."

Cumulus Media planning to drop Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity

In a major shakeup for the radio industry, Cumulus Media, the second-biggest broadcaster in the country, is planning to drop both Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity from its stations at the end of the year, an industry source told POLITICO on Sunday.

Cumulus has decided that it will not renew its contracts with either host, the source said, a move that would remove the two most highly rated conservative talk personalities from more than 40 Cumulus channels in major markets.

BIG BROTHER WATCHING: Gov't Creating Squad to 'Nudge' Your Behavior
Gov't Knows Best? White House creates 'nudge squad' to shape behavior

By Maxim Lott

Published July 30, 2013 | FoxNews.com

The federal government is hiring what it calls a "Behavioral Insights Team" that will look for ways to subtly influence people's behavior, according to a document describing the program obtained by FoxNews.com. Critics warn there could be unintended consequences to such policies, while supporters say the team could make government and society more efficient.

While the program is still in its early stages, the document shows the White House is already working on such projects with almost a dozen federal departments and agencies including the Department of Health and Human Services and the Department of Agriculture.

CBO: White House Delaying Obamacare's Employer
Mandate To Cost Government $12,000,000,000.0000000000000000 Billion

(The train wreck continues....)

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – President Barack Obama's decision to delay implementation of part of his healthcare reform law will cost $12 billion and leave a million fewer Americans with employer-sponsored health insurance in 2014, congressional researchers said Tuesday.

The report by the non-partisan Congressional Budget Office is the first authoritative estimate of the human and fiscal cost from the administration's unexpected one-year delay announced July 2 of the employer mandate – a requirement for larger businesses to provide health coverage for their workers or pay a penalty.

The analysts said the delay will add to the cost of "Obamacare's" insurance-coverage provisions over the next 10 years. Penalties paid by employers would be lower and more individuals who otherwise might have had employer coverage will need federal insurance subsidies.
