Greg E. Davis went to be with his Lord and Saviour June 5, 2012 at Coffeyville Regional Medical Center in Coffeyville, Kansas.  He was born March 27, 1978 to Ted and Deborah (Green) Davis in Lamar, Missouri.

Greg grew up in Caney, Kansas and attended school there.  Then we went to Coffeyville Community College.  He graduated in 2000 with an Associate's degree in sports.  He worked as the Equipment Manager for the CCC Raven football team and was known as "Big G".  He also worked in the Maintenance Department at CCC.  In June 2005, Greg went into kidney failure.

He is survived by his mother and stepdad, Greg and Debby Harper of Howard, Kansas; his dad, Ted Davis of Imboden, Arkansas; one brother and his wife, Charlie and Amber Davis of Paragould, Arkansas; two stepbrothers, Ben Davis of Imboden, Arkansas and Jesse Harper of Howard, Kansas; one stepsister, Natasha Harper of Moline, Kansas; his maternal grandmother, Dollie Green of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; a stepdad, Jimmy Cron of Caney, Kansas; and several aunts and uncles.  Greg was preceded in death by his grandfather, Claude Green.

A Celebration of Life will be held Monday, July 2, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at the Coffeyville Community College Nellis Hall Gym.  In lieu of flowers, family requests memorials in Greg's memory to the Kidney Foundation or to help with funeral expenses.  Donations may be left with the funeral home or mailed c/o David W.
