I think it's a self-licking ice cream cone. The generals are not oriented on waging war; they're pre-occupied with maintaining the bureaucratic status quo.

Very interesting. Seriously. I know some forum folks who will feel their sacred cow was just butchered.

Lisa.. I agree 100%... People have got to realize that this election is to vote to get Obama OUT OF THERE!!! Doesn't even matter who we get in there this time.. But O HAS GOT TO GO!!!! I liked Newt.. and still do.. I don't like Romney...but..  I don't care if Mickey Mouse is running~~.. I'm voting for him..
So if Mitt is the one that's on the ballet that has the biggest chance of beating ODumbo~~ Then thats where my ck mark is going to be.
Because the people of the United States and this country's economy and freedoms can not survive ( without dire dire consequences)  another term of this current President.

Romney won't be any better than Obama.

Why not stay with the best and go with Ron Paul?  All the others are about the same ole stuff.  Ron Paul is
the only candidate who is not sold out to Keynesian economics - socialism.  Or could it be that we don't want
change and prefer the same ole stuff, only with a different man - like Romney, Gingrich, or Santorum?

I'm not disagreeing with you Red. But R Paul can not beat Obama. And right now, I will vote for the one that has the biggest and best chance of that! And I disagree with you about Romney being no better than Obama. Romney is piss ass poor I agree! But he is a hell of a lot better than Obama.

We ought to stand and oppose the liberalism and socialism in this country.  Obama and Romney and just about any Republican candidate provide us the same choice in a contest that's mostly based upon popularity - socialist popularity.  Obama or Romney?  I don't like either one of 'em.

Obama and Romney side with the Federals.

Ron Paul sides with the Constitution.
