Put your thinking caps on.  This is long, but very, VERY telling.  On a Friday, just before a weekend.  The delegations of presidential authority alone are chilling.  Not to mention the tones of nationalization of agriculture & industry and the creation of the National Defense Executive Reserve (NDER).  Looks, in a not so funny way, like the structures put in place by one Adolph Hitler during the 1930s.  All very clearly implementing the goals detailed by Karl Marx in the Communist Manifesto.  Lots of words all pointing in one direction... concentration of massive power in the Executive Branch bypassing Congress and the delegation of authorities & powers previously vested only in the President to non-elected persons.  Have fun, you 'moderates' out there.  For you conservatives... get ready.  For the uninformed... good luck!
