OWS and the Tea Party...

Ugh... I don't even know where to begin on this one besides that this guy needs to open his eyes a little more.

First of all, the Tea Party didn't start in protest of the Wall Street bailout. It can clearly be dated back to having started nearly a year PRIOR to the bailout with the Ron Paul '08 run trying to get more donations for Paul and to get him elected. It grew after that to what it is now as the government continually got worse.

Second, OWS is a joke and it would insanity for anyone with any sense to align themselves with this group. Jobless hippies, defecating in public, public nudity, constantly fighting against police, hundreds of arrests, thinking they have rights that don't exist, trying to block public streets, a fake bloodied head of a real bank CEO on a pike, threatening cannibalism, a person saying gays should kill their parents instead of themselves, wanting to crash the system, wanting socialism, etc. etc. The ONLY thing that puts them close to the Tea Party is being angry about the bailouts. It ends there. They don't even have any understanding of it beyond that. They say the banks got bailed out and they got sold out... uhh... no... no they did not. If you don't have a job or have low income or low to medium income with children... YOU got bailed out and still do.

Third, he thinks the unions took over after the protest started. Wrong. Fact: the unions started the protest and the useful idiots came to it to protest. From there, the unions then shape the message of the useful idiots for their agenda. There is nothing "grassroots" about this. The liberals like to say the Tea Party is "AstroTurf" but the truth is, the OWS circus is the actual "AstroTurf". It was started by the unions, is being massively funded by the unions and other liberals/socialists. There is simply nothing grassroots and absolutely nothing good about OWS.

Ron Paul supporters are becoming a massive joke unfortunately. They are becoming as bad as liberals. They argue like the liberals that throw out the race card, like in the case of Cain and Obama. You're racist for not voting for Obama and hiding your racism by voting for Cain. The Ron Paul supports that align themselves with the OWS circus are only going to hurt their message and Ron Paul.

It would be lunacy for any Tea Party supporter to support OWS. Even more so once it starts to become more violent. If the Tea Party supports OWS and the useful idiots start becoming more violent the left and the media will no doubt blame the Tea Party. "OWS was peaceful until the Tea Party came in, this is why no one can support the Tea Party. They are violent radicals." etc. etc. It will not work to the Tea Party's or anyone's benefit in any way.

Aren't human beings fun ? Hippies? We're all in wheel chairs now. ;D

Whoops... wanna-be-hippies. There we go. ;D

And, not all are in wheel chairs. There are quite a few that are actually behind the scenes of this OWS circus and some even in the federal government. :(

As the Occupy Wall Street protest expands and grows into a nationwide movement, I'm eagerly awaiting a list of demands from the group so that I can then systematically disregard them and continue going about my business of playing golf and writing nonsensical dribble about OWS on this forum.

The protesters need to unify around a shared agenda with precise policy goals so I can begin paying no attention to them whatsoever.

If they don't have a clear power structure organized around specific demands first, then I'll never be able to completely tune them out due to a political conflict of interest or an inability to comprehend complex, detailed economic concepts.  These people really need to get their act together.

Once Occupy Wall Street has a concrete set of objectives in place, I will go back to waiting for the sluggish economy to recover while blindly accepting things the way they are.

Warph! If you consider what you write here to be nonsensical drivel ( dribble?) I'll not insult my own intelligence by continuing to read it. I do hope you didn't really mean that. :o :P  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D There are people here who take what you say very seriously. Or are the dust storms clogging your gills? ;)
