Davis--Hodge Marriage

Bertha Hodge of Howard and Lloyd R. Davis of Chanute were married at the Methodist parsonage at 5 o'clock Saturday evening, February 14, 1931, by  Rev. Eugene Kramer.  They were unaccompanied. Mr. and Mrs. Davis went to Topeka on a short trip.---Burlington Republican, February 17th.

The groom is a Santa Fe Ry. employee and has been on train service out of Moline for quite a long time.  He is a fine young man.  The bride is a Moline young woman and has been bookkeeper for the Ames Motor Co., of Moline and is a popular young business woman.  Many friends sincerely wish Mr. and Mrs. Davis joy and prosperity.
