We Te People
Coming soon

Throughout our history Americans have used petitions to unite around issues they care about. We the People provides you with a new way to petition the federal government to take action on a range of issues. And if your petition attracts enough support, White House staff will review it, ensure it is sent to the appropriate policy experts, and issue an official response.

"When I ran for this office, I pledged to make government more open and accountable to its citizens. That's what the new We the People feature on WhiteHouse.gov is all about – giving Americans a direct line to the White House on the issues and concerns that matter most to them."

– President Barack Obama

For whatever it may be worth if anything.

Me too.  Under the circumstances, wouldn't this be like the fox asking the chickens to voluntarily submit their eggs for 'review'?

Conservative to the Core!
Gun control means never having to fire twice.
Social engineering, left OR right usually ends in a train wreck.

I wonder if I petition them to go full on socialist mode and wipe the constitution from the face of the earth if they would give me a first class ticket to a beer summit with the pres.

Ross

I agree and I kind of expected this type of response.
I see this as a campaign move more than anything else.
No way mtcookson but you might make it on the VIP
TERROR AND EXTREMIST WATCHLIST.

No, no, no... I think you have that backwards. If I tell this particular White House to be more conservative and protect the constitution I would be put on that list but if I tell them to step up their socialist agenda and trash the constitution I wouldn't. :-\

Okay, enjoy the beer bash. LOL

Humpy

This is the same principal of why I don't have a CCH permit even though I spend alot of time in the human sewer of Wichita.
Heck I am on so many lists I probably don't need to be on another one.

Ehh, there's really only one list I truly care about being on.

Though, some of our government's new lists do scare me. Just makes me glad the 2nd amendment isn't quite gone yet.
