For a clear understanding of what your teachers failed to teach you (probably because they didn't know it themselves) read the following article discussing "Acts of the Forty-First Congress," Section 34, Session III, chapters 61 and 62.  Congress passed an Act titled: "An Act To Provide A Government for the District of Columbia." This is also known as the "Act of 1871."  This Act crushed your God given liberty, enslaved you and your children, took your private property, set the stage for you to be taxed to no end (including your estate), and explains much of why the federal government is the way it is today!


US CODE: Title 28, 3002. Definitions

(15) "United States" means —
      (A) a Federal corporation;
      (B) an agency, department, commission, board, or other entity of the United States; or
      (C) an instrumentality of the United States.

...The UNITED STATES government is basically a corporate instrument of the international bankers. This means YOU are owned by the corporation from birth to death. The corporate UNITED STATES also holds ownership of all your assets, your property, and even your children. Does this sound untrue? Think long and hard about all those bills you pay, all those various taxes and fines and licenses you must pay for. Yes, they've got you by the pockets. Actually, they've had you by the ass for as long as you've been alive. In your heart, you know it's true. Don't believe any of this? Read up on the 14th Amendment. With the Act of 1871 and subsequent legislation such as the purportedly ratified 14th Amendment, our once-great nation of Sovereigns has been subverted from a Republic to a democracy. As is the case under Roman Civil Law, our ignorance of the facts has led to our silence. Our silence has been construed as our consent to become beneficiaries of a debt we did not incur. This is why you don't incur debt.  Once you incur debt your a slave to them.   IF you owe no debt, then there is no real need for income.  YOu can barter.  Money came about as a way to eliminate the barter system because they could not tax what you barter.  There is no set value on a item you barter. It is what you set it at.  IF i traded you a chicken for a bushel of beans, theres no set monetary value of that chicken or bushel of beans.  So therefore no way to tax it.

The land though was usurped by the 1871 act.  IF and only IF you can prove the land is a part of a land grant from the king of england can you fight a tax on your land.  That is hard to prove today since most land has been sold out of families.
For example, my family has a parcel of land given to them by the newly formed state of kentucky when it surveyed its borders.  My ggg grandpa was paid in land for his services and it was a Grant to him.  He got to choose location.  That grant was tax exempt and still is to this day.  It has remained in the family.  It has had 400 acres sold off over the years or divided to heirs and interestingly enough the entire 500 acres is held by family members so all 500 acres is tax exempt. 

The odd thing is kansas and oklahoma are under no such exemption due to the land giveaway was after 1871.  Seems that the states figured if the feds can usurp constitutional rights that they could too!

But then again the federal government wasn't the king and they designed the land giveaway as a income generation tool for the states.
