MARRIED
At the residence of the bride's parents in Paw Paw township, Wednesday evening, November 8, 1899, Frank H. Simons and Myrtle Raburn, were united in marriage by Rev. Fred Comber of Eureka.  The groom is one of Elk County's popular young men and is the son of Rev. J. Simons.  The bride is an accomplished and promising young woman, loved and honored by all who know her.  Mr. (Mel) Hill and Miss Rena Devine were groomsman and bridesmaid.
After the ceremony the guests were treated to an excellent repast prepared as the family know so well how to do it.  The young couple have a host of friends who all unite in wishing that their matrimonial voyage may be a prosperous one, without even a cloud to mar their happiness.
