  Gerald Campbell, 80, of Elk City, died Saturday at Mercy Hospital.
  Services will be Saturday at 10 a.m. at the First Christian Church in Elk City with Pastor Jim Wilburn officiating.  Memorials are suggested to the First Christian Church in Elk City and they may be left with Potts Chapel of Independence is in charge of arrangements.  Cremation has taken place.
  Mr. Campbell was born Dec. 31, 1925 in Longton to Lewis and Medora (Holtsclaw) Campbell.  He attended schools in Elk County, and was a self-employed farmer.
  He married Betty Campbell in 1950, and they later divorced.  On May 21, 1973, in Miami, Okla., he married Joyce Webber, and she survives.
  Mr. Campbell was a member of the First Christian Church in Elk City.
  Other survivors include three sons, Richard Campbell, Ronnie Campbell and Kenny Campbell, all of Independence; a daughter, Linda Cameron, Flagstaff, Ariz.; a stepson, Steven Campbell, Independence; a stepdaughter, Jane Minister, Norwich, England; a sister, Mary Jane Kimball, Roseburg, Ore; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
