Excuse me while I act stupid.   This thread is titled Longton Photos.  Was there an O & B in Longton?  The one I remember was in Elk Falls.  If there was a station in both towns, which one is this?  It looks like the Elk Falls one to me.

O & B Oil Company was in Elk Falls started by Fred Osborn and Tom Baughman in 1935 according to the Elk County History book put out in 1975.  I believe the photos are of Elk Falls, however, I could be wrong.

Well, Elk Falls is a suburb of Longton, isn't it?

It was my understanding that O&B owned stations,or at least the tanks & pumps, all over the country. Most were not named O&B though and lots of stations just bought their fuel from O&B. I know when my Dad built the Elk Falls Circle In , in 1966, he owned the building but that APCO gas & pumps were from O&B.
