Miss Mary Lucile Wells and Roland Vick were united in marriage Sunday afternoon at 2:30 at the home of Mr and Mrs. Wm.  Richards, grandparents of the bride, Rev. G. R. Lawellin officiating.  The ring ceremony was used.  About twenty guests witnessed the ceremony.  After the ceremony Mrs. Richard served a delightful wedding luncheon.  Many beautiful and useful gifts were given to the bride and groom.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Wells and possesses those fine traits of character which go to make true womanhood.  She was beautiful in her lovely wedding gown and carried a beautiful corsage of flowers.

The groom is the son of Mrs. Nettie Vick of this city.  He is honest and industrious and a fine specimen of young manhood.  Both of these young people were educated in the Howard schools and are members of the Methodist church in Howard.  They will make their home on the Vick ranch six miles southwest of Howard, where Mr. Vick will engage in farming and stock raising.

The many friends of these good young people extend congratulations and best wishes for a long, happy and prosperous life.
