His being knighted by the European socialist British is no surprise.  Probably more than anybody in the Federal system, Ted Kennedy has promoted and supported the replacement of American values with European socialism in the USA.
He's deserving of the award.

The Chappaquidik Kid is something, I agree.  I would suspect his dead (and suspected pregnant) girlfriend would probably have a different view, looking from the bottom up.
