I so remember that flood.  I lived in Howard at the time in a trailer house and didn't have a car.  I swear it pounded rain for three days, but that might not be quite right.  Enough about that memory.

As I remember this storm it really hit the Otter Creek drainage real hard.  When we went up to the Otter Creek on K-99 I couldn't believe the way it had washed out the highway there.
