Birth Announcement (Osborn-1956)

Mr. and Mrs. Neal Osborn of Elk Falls announce the birth of a son, at the Sedan hospital.  He weighed eight pounds, nine and one-half ounces and has been named Frank Allen.   Mr. and Mrs. Osborn also have a daughter, Cheryl.
