Double Wedding (Thompson-Dunshee/Ware-Tomlinson)

Grenola Leader:  At 10 o'clock Wednesday morning, June 1, Miss Opal P. Thompson was united in marriage to Dr. John I. Dunshee.  Also, Miss Lydia Ware was married to Mr. Charles Tomlinson at the same time and place, Rev. A. W. Johnson of the M. E. church of Yates Center, formerly of Grenola, performing the ceremony.

These young people are well and favorably known in this vicinity.  Mrs. Tomlinson is the youngest daughter of D. E. Ware of Grenola and Mrs. Dunshee has been for many years a teacher in the Grenola schools.  Dr. Dunshee is a well established dentist at Moline.  Mr. Tomlinson is a successful teacher at Caldwell, Kansas.

After the ceremony they departed for Kansas City accompanied by the best wishes of the whole community.
