Teri Barkley Straw posted on her Facebook that her brother, Charles "Charlie" Barkley has passed away. 

A memorial service will be held in Moline, Kansas on Saturday, June 20, 2015 at the Moline Baptist Church at 6:00 p.m. followed by a reception at the Legion Hall. 

Charlie grew up in Moline and was the son of the late Albert and Rosetta Barkley.
