I was in Longton yesterday and saw people parked at the Elk River Drive-in and entering the building.

My curiosity got the best of me so I stooped to see what was happening.

I had a pleasant visit with the people and learned they bought the place and were cleaning it up in preparatuon
of opening for business on November 1st.

I have missed having the place being open.

I wished them all the best and departed so as not to impede their work.

 It is open now.We've grabbed a pepper jack C.B. acouple times its quick and easy.Their phone number is the same as before 642-food .I haven't tried the chili yet if someone else does let us know.I believe they have biscuts and gravy for the early morning commuters
