So help me, I am very worried about a lot of things with Trump: an administration filled with warmongers like Giuliani and Christie and Bolton, a trade war, needless confrontations with China and Iran, bigger military budgets, the foolish things he pops off with like his impulsive call for a boycott of Apple, and his authoritarian instincts.

But for now, he has spared us both Hillary and Jeb! And for that we should all be very grateful.

Hey, thanking Trump!?! I posted that yesterday morning on this blog. Redcliff, what's Lew doing? Is he reading the Elk County Forum?? Just kidding. No doubt coincidental, although I could say something about "great minds . . . " Naw.

I emailed Lew yesterday and had a response from him! I couldn't believe it. Do you ever get responses from him? It was the first in nearly a dozen attempts to have a one to one dialog with him.

Republicans are not in line with George Washington, they're in line with guys such as George Bush and Abraham Lincoln. Big difference.

Frawin, your idea of "conservative" is like neocon, you're a Republican with most of your beliefs given to the liberal ideas - liberal traits.

You're known as a "conservative" amongest your Republican friends and that's where you're most comfortable. Obama and Hillary are not all bad to you, but real conservative Americans are not your flavor.

Some Republican types or modern Democrats might call you conservative, but why should I?
I don't recall that you've ever taken a conservative stand on this Forum? If so, please refresh my memory.

Military service or WWII does not make one a conservative.

Nazism is socialism - left wing all the way. Tyranny is left wing. The nazi politics and economic doctrines must be in line with you because I'm not in favor of government acting on behalf or subsidizing business or anyone else.

How do I sound like Hitler? I'm opposed to the socialism and tyranny of the Republicans. Certainly, I'm am against the participation of support by the Fed's in ethanol and wind power. Goverment schools, you should know where I'm at on that big mess.
