Patrick L. Fugate, age 48, ZTM-CNC Operator/Supervisor Machinist, passed away September 30, 2016.

Survivors include his wife, Bobbie McGeoch; children, Ashley Fugate of Clearwater, Kansas, Junior McGeoch of Haysville, Kansas, DeWayne McGeoch of Schulte, Kansas, and Carmen McGeoch of Sculte, Kansas; his mother, Marilyn (Gray) Hoppe of Wichita, Kansas; his brother, Brian (Leeann) Fugate of Elk Falls, Kansas; and four grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his father, Earnest Fugate.

Funeral services were held at Webb-Shinkle Mortuary Chapel in Clearwater, Kansas on October 6, 2016.

A memorial has been set up for the Kansas Humane Society, 3313 N Hillside, Wichita, Kansas 67217.
