Another group that says. "Southeast Kansas community leaders met Tuesday to discuss ways to improve the quality of life in the region. The effort is all part of a group called Project 17." But can not define exactly what Quality of Life is. I bet their so called quality of life is improving with the money they collect going into their bank accounts for doing nothing but blowing smoke and suckering local governments out of money.

They say together we succeed but fail to say what they succeed at, maybe filling their personal bank accounts.

Reminds me of Oral Roberts and his hollow promises of healing people, while he was on his way to the bank and buildig his empire on other folks donations.

Who's quality of life are these people talkig about improving other than their own? I have to assume their "Quality of Life" consist of amount of money in their bank accounts. How much more shallow can they get?

My quality of life is not based on money. My quality of life consists of the love of family. Right now i am extremely enjoying time with my 15 month old great-great nephew. So bye-bye, I'm going back to my Quality of Life.
